I think what you are seeing is the impossibility of reporting anything live with 100% accuracy.
Mistakes are bound to be made, assumptions that prove to be wrong, different views by different people who experienced different things...Welcome to the E-Information age. We now expect to be informed in real-time, when most stories require more information than can be gathered by one reporter, hearing the views from one vantage point.
It doesn't make everything a conspiracy, it's how the real world now happens.

I think your correct , something strange is going on , i uncovered some CIA links to tbis bombing here in my thread www.abovetopsecret.com...
Anyway good eyes , FS
Ruslan Tsarni married the daughter of former top CIA official Graham Fuller, who spent 20 years as operations officer in Turkey, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong. In 1982 Fuller was appointed the National Intelligence Officer for Near East and South Asia at the CIA, and in 1986, under Ronald Reagan, he became the Vice-Chairman of the National Intelligence Council, with overall responsibility for national level strategic forecasting.
At the time of their marriage, Ruslan Tsarni was known as Ruslan Tsarnaev, the same last name as his nephews Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the alleged bombers. It is unknown when he changed his last name to Tsarni.
Ruslan Tsarnaev met and married Samantha Ankara Fuller, the daughter of Graham and Prudence Fuller of Rockville Maryland. Her middle name suggests a reference to one of her father’s CIA postings.
On a more ominous note, Graham Fuller was listed as one of the American Deep State rogues on Sibel Edmonds' State Secrets Privilege Gallery,. Edmonds explained it featured subjects of FBI investigations she became aware of during her time as an FBI translator. Criminal activities were being protected by claims of State Secrets, she asserted. After Attorney General John Ashcroft went all the way to the Supreme Court to muzzle her under a little-used doctrine of State Secrets, she put up twenty-one photos, with no names.

So the police were doing their job and got the right guy and not the patsies, messing things up. That had to be fixed by a bomb threat which got rid of the press in the courthouse and killed the scheduled press briefing.
Is there a jail in the courthouse? Why would they tale a suspect to the courthouse?

There are jail cells in courthouses, but the main reason to go to a courthouse is for legal proceedings that must be held in a court of law.edit on 28-4-2013 by IndieA because: (no reason given)

Well that is what they have been telling me all this time, so it must be true.
I agree with live reporting not being 100% accurate but in this case it was more like 0%. I guess I could easily fall for that line of thinking if I wasn't listening to the live reports as they happened.
I'm telling you, they were sure that they had the person from the video and they were on their way to the courthouse. A bomb threat is a perfect way to clear people out of there so the feds can take over, which I think is what happened.
