I think people are trying to hard to find fault or claim the mundane with this story. The real story isn't which terrorist did what when...the real story is that the evidence uncovered shows a group effort in the the current administration to get a particular terrorist suspect out of the country in a decidedly illegal and surreptitious manner.

Falsifying a DHS terror suspect's dossier? Janet Napolitano lying before Congress? These are probably the two most glaring criminal acts, and both are serious.

But in total, these various acts combine to represent a conspiracy to provide aid and comfort to the enemy. This is a Constitutional offense, and is the definition of treason. These are deadly serious allegations.

I don't understand why so many here don't see the gravity of this. Just because you like this President and his policies, what you give away in rights and freedoms to this master will not be granted you by the next master.

If you give them license to break the law, soon they won't even cover it up. They'll point guns while they do it.

Sean Hannity has interviewed Jay Sekulow on this very matter of Mirandizing and enemy combatant status. Jay says Lindsay Graham is correct that he can be declared enemy combatant and still tried in a civilian court of law. If anyone posts it on YouTube I will try to find it.

Here's something all the nay-sayers will love, DHS Official Provides New Details, Maintains Innocence of Saudi National Once Considered a Person of Interest in Boston Bombings.

To me it just seems like such a perfect coincidence that they happened to have arrested another Saudi man, and this is all just a case of mistaken identity. Funny though that we still don't have that man's name, since he is charged with violating his visa. I guess that would make it too easy to tear the story apart, and leaving him anonymous gives more fuel for the obamabots.

There are a few facts, if confirmed, clear up some questions we have been posing here. For example the DHS claims that he filed to transfer schools to Boston, and that he is not in violation of his visa.

Just remember: Last week the Head of the DHS sat before congress and lied her face off to them, and by extension, us. Why should we trust a damage control press conference that seems to magically address all the particular law-breaking?

Graham is probably correct on that. It doesn't change the fact that the patriot act laws are unconstitutional, but we gave those freedoms away when we didn't protest. then, and when we didn't protest now. They'll have to be bought back with blood someday. That's the way of things.

To be honest I am really starting to wonder how many of these posters are paid. With stories like this it is really easy to pick them out. Maybe I am just paranoid but my gut tells me it is true.

Accepting the fact that the security was heavy because there were threats, it explains away all the boogiemen in the crowd and at the scene, as well as the weird announcement of a drill. They really cannot announce, hey everybody- there's a bunch of terrorists armed with bombs in the crowd!!!

I can accept that, but the al-harbi kid is a real kick in the nuts in every way, speaking as a Patriot.

It is sickening that Janet made the statement that they were pretty sure there was no connection to a bigger group.

When I saw this I immediately thought Beck. But then I realized you were talking about a entirely different Beck.

All jokes aside, I felt that there was something fishy about the bombing event from day one. I don't know how much I can trust Glenn Beck's info, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if all of this is accurate.

Now the real question is, how much longer until Civil War breaks out? I assume right around the same time a Homeland Security officer knocks on the door asking for civilian's guns.

It could easily be that the Saudis were acting as informants, but the situation got out of hand. The plot may have been designed to keep the cool rich Saudis "large and in charge" of the dirt poor Gypsies. Considering the ages and mentality involved, the allure of wealth may have brought this to fruition.

I have been watching all the letter-jumble mainstream media websites off and on all day, to no avail. NONE of them are publishing anything, in whole or part, that has to do with this story.

Several conservative talk show hosts poked around the edges of this today, enough that it ought to have made some kind of headline (or at least below-the-fold) on their respective networks (i.e. Sean Hannity, discussing in depth the Saudi visa problems brought to light by Ali Alharbi.)

I also checked BBC, Drudge & CSM. NADA.

My working theory is that this story is too hot. They are happy to let Beck stick his neck out, but until they have safer ground to print on they aren't going to take the risk. Unfortunately, their cowardly, money-driven motivation is aiding the DHS by supressing public knowledge. If this went out on MSM, we as a nation would demand the truth and we would hold them accountable for any criminal acts.

It seems, however that environmentalists care more for their cause than they do the safety of our soldiers. With Canada willing to sell us their oil with no military intervention required, why is it even a discussion?

No shadowy dealings with Saudi Arabia required. Just commerce. AND the benefit of American jobs.

Honestly I posted this in another thread about Beck teasing this release.

If he had real information that mattered he would release it, hell it would be foolish of him not to if the government was as corrupt as Beck claims, otherwise he might not make it to Monday. But he doesn't he is simply an attention whore who should be ignored.

As the saying goes a broke clock and all that, sorry but beck and his ilk, people like Alex Jones as well, have all made a career of crying wolf the loudest. IF he had info, he should release it when he gets it, if he was a patriot he would. Sadly hes not, I stand by my assessment. Attention whore out for his own interest not ours.

Two blatant attacking of beck for teasing this info and not releasing it, the simple fact is the messenger (beck) has a history of histrionics, sensationalism, shameless self promotion, and I based my thoughts on his history before reading the info.

When he released it, I looked it over and saw something that was concerning if true, thats why I posted the OP to begin with, I don't trust beck farther than I can throw him, that Does not mean he is not capable of finding useful info that matters to this case.

Becks history is why people attack this info, its that simple, no one is a paid shill here, just people who have been burned out by people like him and Alex Jones.

ill be the first to admit when they might be right about something.

Fox Radio had a story on Saudi National Abdul Al-Harbi but U.S.Government lawyers

shut that story down on the grounds of National Security.

If Obama invokes National Security, then he can shut down the MSM.

Glenn beck didn't bring a single new piece of information to the table. He just took a tidbit of info and claims it to be something. He claimed to have absolute proof which was so inrefutable that he could threaten the president, i was very interested. Until now.

Yeah , a supposed terrorist with friends that supposedly laid a bomb on the floor and forgot to walk away from it and let himself be caught alive.

Since when do suicide bombers have friends tag along and none of them get killed ?

Saudi National Abdul Al-Harbi was running from the scene just before the bomb went off.

An American saw him running and tackled him to the ground. The terrorist was arrested

and taken to the hospital. Get the picture?

Stop drinking the Obama Kool-Aid. This Al-Harbi terrorist belongs in Gitmo.
