Israel passed a law in 2009 making it against the law to use human shields. So they were not using him as a shield (even though you can see two of them jump behind him) they just got lost going back to the car. Btw there are many videos of Israelis using human shields but I don't see anything to get upset about. Israeli's are always saying that Arabs are subhuman so they don't count as shields right?
