Agreed. White, brown, black, Muslim, Christian, or Atheist; they have a few things that I will adamantly adhere to:

One, they deserve to face their peers in a court of law (which means, we need to stop just killing people; EYES ON YOU STATES)

Two, they are treated like human beings (I know, I know, you all think they set the bombs off; the public has spoken) until the State can prove their guilt.

This is amounting to a similar situation of the trials of the Boston Massacre. They are innocent until the state can prove otherwise; even if we all see it otherwise.

Apparently State Police are saying that one is at large still and the guy in custody (who it was reported was dead) is heading to the hospital.

Yeah, it's totally irresponsible how they keep saying to maintain a perimeter yet the engaged area keeps moving/expanding.

Someone else, civilian, is going to get hurt.

I see the men in uniform as well in the back ground of live feed... The FBI is worknig door to door looking for "anything and everything"

There was definitively explosions, about 1-2 hours ago confirmed by local FOX reporter. There is still an armed suspect on the lose, and possibly an active explosive.

If the suspect in custody is dead..

That really will throw a wrench in answers.

Read above before you speak as if you understand my satire. They are captured here, they should face our Justice system; the tenants in the Constitution speak beyond citizenship if we are to believe them. It should applied equally and blindly regardless and in this case, if the State has the evidence, try them and prove they did it.

Earlier reports were pipe bombs in the street. And pressure cooker bombs thrown during the car chase.

How did they manage to carry all of that during a hijacking of two vehicles?
