Live stream video from Boston shows a chaotic scene. This is usually a crowded area where people gather to meet their loved ones and celebrate. There were reports of panic but confusion as people did not know what was happening. A nearby hotel is on lockdown. Someone reported that there were aout 22 people crossing the finish line at the time. Sending good vibes and prayers to all.
