This is why I have a land line still. Cell phone service can be shut down by governments and it's done everywhere. Was done in Berlin in the fall of 2011 when they basically wiped a protest out of the area of the Reichstag.

Accidents, fires, kitchen explosions happened somewhere all the time and may not be connected.

Saudis, Iranians, Indians, Chinese, or the fat white guy with long beard and a KKK T-shirt are not the enemies. Everyone is innocent till proven guilty in a court of law. I had seen how those guys had been singled out and abused in airports before.

America is a rule by law country. There is no need to panic or see a bomber in every person carrying a bag. IF we ever allow such fears to creep into us, then might as well we all hide behind bolted doors and never to come out again.

Let the law of the land takes place. Investigations WILL be conducted. Intelligence agents had already been keeping tabs on suspects and still are.

So stay calm, stay sane and not be the one to spead panic and fear to others. If our time has come, nothing can stop it. Only our own fears and panic will hasten it.

Evil can only kill some, but not all of us. And evil can be destroyed. We shall fear no evil. Have courage, and stay safe all. Good luck

Either way, I'm not going to call it a false flag. As my husband says: When you run around waving a gun in everyone's face eventually someone gets one of their own. I'm not saying it was right or good with that statement so please don't take it that way. I think a few of you jump to "The government did it" too fast when people in the Middle East have many motives provided to them by American foreign policy already.

Yes, I wasn't making any accusations. I was just making an observation. Also looks like he could be doing some Michael Jackson or Freddy Mercury dance move. Maybe he was just breaking it down on the roof?

At the risk of sounding stupid. What is in the ladies hands ( next to the brown guy) on the right of pic ? That doesn't look like a cell phone or a Camera, more like a garage door opener ?

On police scanner, hospital ER called for a bomb squad for a black military style duffel bag that had been left there... No word on an explosion though.

My heart dropped when I turned on the news today. Being a New Yorker and having to live through that horrifying day in September wondering if my father who was a firefighter would be coming home or not, I know what it is like dealing with these tragedies and I can tell you this is not the day to debate who did it or if it was somehow a conspiracy, that can wait for another time. Right now our dear friends in Boston need our help and prayers and what ever else we can do to offer a helping hand. Let's hope the casualties stay at a minimum and the injured have a fast recovery. Once again we most show the world you can hit us as hard as you can, but we will stand back up and tell them you hit like a girl because we are Americans and we stand together. Stay strong Boston.

My guess is foriegn vs. homegrown. The marathon has no political slant...not a gov. building, not an MLK Day parade...it was an attack on Americans at large. Marathons are also economic boosts to cities. Other cities might cancel thier marathons..even if they didn't, many would not run or attend. It has an oversized economic impact beyond Boston.

Can anyone help me download this video? I have tried numerous methods of downloading it via extensions, RealPlayer, etc and cannot get it to work. The download cuts out at about 7% and ends so I cannot download it.
