I saw this about a month back.

Justin Timberlake was the host for the night. The opening monologue was directed at making recently deceased president of Venezuela Hugo Chavez look like a crazy idiot to the American watching audience. The monologue consisted of Timberlake as Elton John playing the piano at Chavez's funeral. The song was a parody of candle in the wind.

They showed this episode 2 weeks in a row

At least that was my take on it. You can decide for yourself.

I wouldn't get too hyped about it - pretty sure the audience for SNL these days doesn't even know who Chavez is.

Didn't know SNL still had an audience.

Surprising to say the least.

Maybe its not the NWO, and just that you don't have a much of a sense of humor. Let me remind you, saterical skit show, None of what the song said was false, and it wasn't completely unfunny. I've seen this same show make light of tampon commercials, does this mean they are pushing anti feminist propaganda? Not everything is a damn conspiracy.

Wow that is a truly pathetic video.

Is this what the majority of ignorant self-centred Americans class as entertainment these days?

If Venezuela or another country was to do a similar thing upon the death of a U.S. President, then the U.S. media would be indignant with rage for months on end.

But no this is all just entertainment and a bit of a laugh...

I'm surprised at that as well! In addition, I had no idea Justin Timberlake had any real talent...that was a pretty good Elton John parody, especially considering the rather clunky wording of the "song."

Now...what wuz that about the NWO?

Were you not around for the Bush presidency? I would say you are wrong, based on that 8 years of my life. Satire is satire. Even King of the Hill had an episode about Bush having a weak handshake.

Making a joke is not a crime.

I didn't say it was.

I was talking about the fact that the President of Venezuela was dead and the reaction of Americans if countries were to do a similar "satire" upon the death of a U.S. President.

Perhaps you misread my original comment.

Many people know about NWO but nobody knows how to stop them? What do you do against so much power and so many brainwashed people?
