Nellis solicitation regarding range operations at TBD locations

Services are to be performed at the currently participating locations: 412 Test Wing, formerly Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA; Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR) Nellis AFB, NV; Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Hill AFB, UT; and Echo Range Complex (ECR), China Lake, CA. In addition to these legacy ranges, the J-Tech Program is considering the possibility of including similar workload performed at other ranges associated with the legacy ranges, the AFTC enterprise, as well as other Geographically Separated Units - locations TBD.

JT3 stands for Test, Tactics, Training; hence T3......just an FYI on that.
