the rise of the sea-level is caused by high temperatures in the waternot by the melting of the poles.but more waters means more floodings

When the water melts the freshwater from the caps goes into saltwater. In certain quantities this can upset the balance of the ocean and the circulation of cold and warm currents.

Also, the caps melt, there is more land exposed, which allows for more precipitation, which in turn leads to even more freshwater going into the ocean.

there has been alot of talk about the situation of global warming.it is a real threat and many scientist are working on problem as we speak.there are reports the world will change 4 degrees hotter in the next 50-80 years.there will be no ice caps at all and the food supply world wide will be effected. the weather has been changing every year and they say the next 50 years the weather will not be normal at all.in fact summer storms will be more and more severe.look at japan this year and usa hurricanes.more intense than before. the real threat is our global weather and alot of us out there just dont see the writing on the wall flukemol........
by the way look up chem trails on the web if your really interested on seeing how far they will go to stop weather.....
