Interesting that no one is actually examining the core of this division. The Song's own provenance. consider: this song is from a musical aimed at children [in the main]... so, the essence of this is that from an early age we are conditioned to believe that if someone oppressive dies, then one should celebrate... is that not the whole reason for the song in the film? to celebrate the death of an oppressor [of some part of society, in that part of society's opinion] so, if one has issue with it being used in exactly the same was as in the film, then you really have a problem with the film and not those using it against thatcher [which seems perfectly suitable, even if one is politically in favour of thatcher and doesn't agree with the opinion of her being a witch]
