Replacement for stars. They are just too USish.

(With tongue firmly in cheek)

Could the Mods and the Administrators and not forgetting the Owners please consider replacing the stars that we earn with our great knowledge or wit with some other symbols please!

I was thinking perhaps of the symbols relating to our home countries.

The US can keep the stars, Russia could have a sickle, Aussies could have a little kangaroo, Great Britain a Crown, The French could have a little white flag. Canada can have its leaf while NK can have a little pic of Kim. Israel can have the star of David and Egypt a Pyramid symbol.

I think this could personalize this great site giving it a more homely appearance.

Suggestions for other countries are invited. No one is allowed a glass of beer symbol, there are just too many takers for that one although Germany can have the Beer Stine.

It'd be a toss-up between a Kangaroo and a schooner of beer for us Aussies...

...screw the roo, we want little beer icons!!!

Maybe self-proclaimed conservatives would prefer baby seals, liberals a peace symbol, and moderates a bunch of ducks.

Why would France have a white flag? What about the other colours in the French flag?

I'm all for beers that have coupons that are redeemable.

I would like this.... As long as the canadian symbol could be a mug of beer...

You do know they are camera shy. All of the greatest wild life experts have spent years trying for just one little pic. There is not one pic in existence. So Pic or it is a kangaroo. Platypus or Koalas are OK as well. They can both kill you!

I can think of a few people to send out to get a pic of a Drop Bear. I'm sure one of them will be able to get it (or not come back. Either way it's win/win. )

in all honesty it would be a major pain in the butt to do something like that i would think. and then you would have people wanting to choose what they get instead of a star.

33% of the membership would be satisfied with one of the following.

AK47, AR15, glock, colt python, grenade launcher and F-22

A further 33% would be satisfied with

A glass of beer, a glass of wine, a glass of anything alcoholic.

A further 10% would like

A Cross, Star of David, Pentagram or an Angel.

Another 15% would like

A panda cub, a baby seal or a lion cub.

As for the remainder we need to look no further that

Kitten / puppy.

There you go, all done. Easy as!
