Anyone else having ATS blocked from certain areas?

I havent been able to access ATS all day from my home PC in S. Texas, even doing a ping and tracert command in Dos, it timed out after a few hops.. well ping timed out on all for attempts.
I decided to use my VPN and connect with a LA IP addy and it worked right way.
Any of the mods or admins know anything about this?

Ohhh, thanks man.. I didnt see it because ive never visited the RATS forum.. They shouldve made the thread in the general area.
