Had it been a reputable source, I'd probably agree with you. But since it was Weekly World News, it's not the astronauts that look like nutters, just the people repeating the story.

Fair play - you raise a good point. I did not realise Weekly World News was the ONLY actual reporter of this story. Personally, if a newspaper (regardless how credible) had published such a story about myself, which in turn started doing rounds on the INTERNET then you can bet I would make a public claim saying it's nonsense. Perhaps you may think this is childish, or as Jim says "ignoring it is more practical" or whatever, BUT I would publicly refute it for the sake of the TRUTH and nothing else. However, considering that WWN is literally a joke website, I can understand why the astronauts would probably choose to just ignore it.

Where is 2014 coming from?

I heard about 2012 for years and years but never heard a 2014 prediction.

I am not poking fun at your ascension comment because I do believe that our DNA has the possiblity for change and I also believe that a sudden influx of some type of space energy could cause humanity to change drastically in a short amount of time.

Just curious on where your date info is coming from..

What would some "space creature" need with wings?

Maybe they displayed themselves with wings to give the humans looking at them something to base what they are actually seeing on and compare to. In the past angles are displayed with wings and if you wanted someone to think you were an angel the wings would be appropriate.

IMO the wings were intentional because if they saw another ship they would have just reported back... Hey there are "other ships up here" instead of hey "we saw angles up here".

Jim...there you go again! Stuck (deliberately) on this nonsense about not enough details, instead of commenting on the specific NASA audio I mentioned. Is it faked? Is it correct?...then which part is or is not? You challenge what specifically? Is that not Story talking? Isn't the NASA TV commentator agreeing as soon as Story says they are meteors?

First, this brush off tells me that you have not fully watched nor listened to so many of the videos on my You Tube channel. Many videos have audio. You can hear the name of the specific Shuttle, the various voices from Mission Control & the astronauts in space, (telling you who was working on that Shuttle flight day) These voices, as well as the video, let you see & hear who is in Mission Control & who is in space.

The flight time, flight path & other details are given via the mission board that is the 'default video', put on screen when mission transmissions are cut off due to loss of signal. The duties & goals of a Shuttle mission are pretty obvious...satellites are launched, their names given... There is usually a shot of the 'payload bay', showing the cargo of the shuttle, or a science lab, & NASA has a running commentary going to boot!

The POINT in my previous 'post' was that there is a lot of evidence of UFOs on the audio portion of flight day live video, even when the NASA video merely shows a Control Room shot. The sometimes overlapping audio, is always full of conversations, observations & mics just left open, both in mission control & aboard the shuttle. I have it all on video, from all of the missions, 24/7 coverage... as you know. (I have posted on line many examples already & am preparing more)

I also make it clear that I can see how Story pulled off his UFO whistle-blowing.

So Jim, you know all you need to know, to jump into comment mode re: these 'Musgrave' moments (at least on STS-63)! You claim to view ("study") mission video, on sight at NASA's extensive video library. You just need to do what everyone else is doing, & listen to the audio details as well.

Anyway, I know that you know... full well...exactly what video I was referring to in my previous post regarding Story Musgrave's various comments about lots of "meteors" spotted on STS-63...(which was on the last day of the mission & the last live video from that Shuttle)...just based on past conversations with you.

ATS viewers seem to pay way more attention to audio than you...(& Jim, you are the skeptics 'rock star'!) This nonsense about a desperate need for more details in the descriptions,
NEVER comes up in posts & threads by regular folk here at ATS, when using my NASA videos. ATS members always have zero problem figuring out details!

I think you are paranoid about this particular NASA video. The video... "searching for the MIR"... is amazing & very damaging to the credibility of NASA science. You have nothing to argue about. It is so full of "bad science" & confusion over stars being MIR or MIR pulsating along with pulsating stars. Some stars are over the Earth! Other so called stars, start to move, only to suddenly come to a complete stop, then get brighter. The camera zooms in as far as it can only to catch more, far away objects also zooming around...in different directions!

Suddenly NASA zooms back out. But they keep the clip up. This goes on for over 10 minutes. Story Musgrave keeps the video live for all to see... by insisting these are shooting stars & we are lucky to have seen them considering that we did not see the MIR after all! (then what were those objects moving & pulsating that Story kept pointing out?) UFOs of course. A clever man!

Canada's Discovery channel originally aired parts of the video, as an example of 'shooting stars'... before they were challenged. They have since pulled it!

As I pointed out, even you, Jim Oberg...wrote & posted that I was right to say that these were not meteors!

And thank you, for sending my previous 'post' to Story Musgrave. My choice as NASA's #1 UFO whistle-blower. This is a welcome development! He knows what he said.

The last time a reporter did this, (for a Florida newspaper), Story confirmed my comments re: his seeing 'snake like things' outside the shuttle windows during some of his missions!

Martyn, which of your hundreds of video postings, and WHERE on the video, is the audio sequence you are referring to? Just saying, 'Nyah, nyah, I won't tell you because I know you already know, so there!!', really isn't helpful. I really don't know.

I'm going to be traveling on personal business for a few days so participation will be spotty, but it is amazing how a request for CHECKABLE evidence seems to cast a cone of silence over so many of these threads. Sigh.

Everybody's comments re: Story Musgrave are all true. Story tells Jim Oberg exactly what he wants to hear...he tells the press what they expect to here...BUT, in my opinion he tells all the rest of us something else entirely! And he has done this using the actual NASA live feed from both space & mission control during shuttle missions.

Story Musgave is the real whistle-blower & he was sure that someone (like me) would record the available live feeds. He was right & he was not alone. There are 2 other persons who also turn up on many of the videos during missions where NASA cameras actually show UFOs appearing. You can check this out at my You Tube channel (user Martyn Stubbs) there are 200 + NASA UFO videos (I discovered) posted there & Story Musgrave is suspiciously heard on most (or the other 2 whistle-blowers)...

On one from the STS-61 mission, during a spacewalk to fix the HST 'focus', senior (& most experienced) astronaut Musgrave comments to his 2 fellow spacewalkers (on the shuttle's most important & closely watched mission to date) that he sees something that he does not recognize, & he goes out of his way to point it out to everyone...asking if others see it, only to be "schooled" by the others that he is looking at VENUS!!!. His answer is

"you mean it moves that fast"....amazing! ..NASA's #1 superstar asks "is that a satellite down there...look..it's coming right at us..do you guys see it...." he is told "no Story ...that is Venus" he says "you mean it moves that fast"...& is told yes...isn't it amazing! .....video wise you only see the 3 astronauts & the Hubble.

The NASA videos have so many conversations just like this & you hear Story Musgrave most times

On one spacewalk I found while I am preparing for my upcoming 2013 video releases for You Tube, Story in mission control is talking to an astronaut who seems to be ignoring him...when the astronaut suddenly blurts out 'sorry Story, I was not paying attention...there are so many things swimming around out hear'...& Musgrave then says ..'we know & I know...'

On mission STS-63, again it is Musgrave who keeps insisting that we search for the MIR space station. (on the final day before the K-band was shut down). Then Story blurts out that the many 'objects' zooming around & visible on the (live) NASA camera were Meteors...shooting stars!!! (really? at 200 miles up!)

Jim Oberg has since (to his credit) even admitted on an ATS reply to a post of mine, regarding this video that..YES...the astronauts were wrong!!
Musgrave then prolongs the visual search for MIR & continues to comment on which 'pulsating' & moving object might be MIR. In the end he declares that every pulsating object he had us follow (there were lots) was not MIR after all...so what were they? But he held fast on the shooting stars!

We all know he is super smart & knows full well that these objects could never be shooting stars...nor the MIR...nor Venus!!! He is sending us a message loud & clear. On STS-80 with UFOs shooting off suddenly (like STS-48), Story asks, as the video is put out for the world to see..."is the control room on a break?" (translation 'is anybody seeing this') & mission control says "we're all here Story & we are all watching" !!!!!!!

It is interesting to note, that last time I checked... there was nothing written in the STS-63 daily flight log (on line) about this event at all. If I had not taped it.. would anyone know this happened?

So Story Musgrave is now forever on the right side of history, while keeping his status high with Oberg & NASA in retirement bliss! GOOD FOR HIM. I would not have discovered this wealth of NASA UFO video if not for his whisle-blowing efforts, mission after mission. I also note that NASA started to censor the feeds from missions after Story retired & NASA's methods for censoring all 'mission video' has been well documented by the late Jeff Challender at his Project PROVE web site.

Note that Mir was '850 miles' behind the shuttle, and was approaching sunrise.

The shuttle got into sunlight earlier. It's easy to calculate how much earlier.

So the moving dots near the shuttle were sunlit local dandruff.

It does sound like Story was CAPCOM. He didn't seem to mention UFOs at all.

Is somebody suggesting that three astronauts were outside the shuttle for the repair? That you can SEE the three astronauts? I only see two -- what am I missing? Or what are you imagining?

Why don't you provide a full transcript of the words you think the astronauts are saying, so we can follow along and compare? What I heard didn't sound at all unusual or unexplainable.

How about this? Check out if indeed Venus was rising shortly ahead of sunrise for the spaceship in its orbit? Ever think of doing that? Do you even know HOW to do that?
