You are incorrect. The doctrine of one God is required to be a Christian. The Catholic and Protestant religions have three gods.

Then Christ came into the world and created a new religion called Christianity.
The Jewish leaders demanded and incited the Romans and Jewish populace to
crucify Jesus.
So from the new testament where Jesus says "the Father and I are one"
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God, and...the Word became flesh and dwelt among us"
Jesus has been described as the Word made flesh.

Father God speaks with His Breath (Holy Spirit) Words (God the Son) Jesus made flesh.
My word will never pass away.
