I've eaten ants, didn't know you could fire ants though

As for insect parts and vegetarians ("make mine mayfly" "with three you get dung beetle") the main point is that they wouldn't eat them if they could avoid it. Vegetarians go out of their way not to put corpses in their mouth, corpse eaters are interested in what fire ants taste like. That's one of the huge, massive, benefits of being a vegan or vegetarian as opposed to corpsearian, their brain honestly experiences other animals (even insects and chickens) as just another being living on the planet. From this knowledge comes not as much compassion for other people, but just normal common sense. Cows are not food, they are cows. A sheep is just a sheep. And a fire ant is still a bother, but it helps to know what side of the tree they build their nests on.

No such thing really. Insects live on vegetables and plants and get put into your food chain every day.

And did you ever eat anything with red food colouring in it?......it's made from little red bugs.

baseless argument. she(he) said they were a vegetarian not a vegan. While they didnt specify which style vegetarian they claim to be, some eat eggs, or dairy.

And saying haha you ate a bug on accident you aren't a vegetarian is like saying You are a communist because you watched Rocky IV a few times too many,

I dont think it's dead folks, maybe lab grown meat? Pepsi co., nestle, Kraft foods among others use sweeteners containing human kidney stem cells. So it's not that much of a stretch of the old imagination if you ask me.

You know. If I was chopping beef, and pork to make sausage, and I sliced my finger with the knife. Bled a little, but it got on the meat. If you sampled that sausage later for human DNA...bingo, it'd be there....

I think some of these tests are hitting on DNA from similar happenings. A cut finger....

That brings up another issue of concern.

Years ago, a hotel who provided banquet services was serving a luncheon with approx. 50 people. One of the attendees suddenly spit out a mouth full of food along with a soiled band-aide.

The manager, asked those in the kitchen who prepared the meal if someone had a band-aide on. Got a big uh-oh from one of the employees staring at a cut finger.

The attendee naturally requested the employee be tested. Come to find out, the employee had hepatitis.

The hotel had to provide vaccines for all who attended the function.

The stem cells came from a fetus aborted in the early 70's. They have a patent on it they call it HEK 293.

Im not an avid Bible reader, but Im sure that there is something in the bible about eating human flesh being the biggest offense to God.

Now a few weeks ago there was Horse DNA traces found in loads of meat sources and it always came with the statement " There is no threat to the consumer"

Now they are saying the same with Human DNA.

If the NWO does indeed follow Satan and Lucifer then what would please their master more than having the whole of mankind offend god.

No need to bring religion into it. It's offensive to everyone.

Seen this a day ago and still waiting to see what becomes of it.

Peace

Speaking of religion, just wait until the muslims start raising hell about their meat containing pork. That's when the government will bend over backward to inspect it.

Also to the butcher guy. Not all places have decent hygiene practices so of course people can cut themselves and let it go on the meat.
Can anyone find any evidence that dead bodies are entering the food chain? The only instance I can find is from a serial killer who fed his victims to his pigs on a pig farm and they were sold on to the public.
If not why jump to such massive conclusions? sensationalism nothing more.

Agreed.
I have my doubts that human flesh is being sold as other more palatable meat (with the exception of possibly in North Korea).

The Canadian case made a big splash in the media when the story broke, and it was said at the time that the serial killer was mixing human remains with pork in sausage that he sold to consumers. That is disputed to some degree....

From the Wikipedia page on serial killer Robert Pickton

On March 10, 2004, it was revealed that human flesh may have been ground up and mixed with pork from the farm. According to the book On the Farm, by Stevie Cameron, he took orders from the public and bought and sold ground meat containing human meat. He also sold meat to businesses in the Fraser Valley that contained human meat; the province's health authority later issued a warning. Another claim made is that he fed the bodies directly to his pigs.

At any rate, he was charged in the murders of 27 people. The authorities found DNA of 80 different people on the farm, from traces on boots, clothing and tools. He was prolific, apparently.

I believe that cases like these are extremely rare, at least I really hope so!

Also in the article it says traces do you know what that means in food labeling?

Not as much as 0.1g...so what do you think it is 0.1g of human brains or 0.1g of skin or hair etc.

Oh and Veggie Propaganda you have tried to invent.

You are confusing terminology. In the scientific community the term "trace levels" is utilized and indicates a specific range. But "traces of" means that something is qualitatively present, period. And is not a quantitative measure of squat.

Are you suggesting human corpses are entering the food chain?

Also the T&C requires you to use the title of the article as the title of the thread...you have distorted the actual article.

). Copy and paste the EXACT headline as it appears in the original news article. Do not create or sensationalize your titles. Some editorial leeway is allowed, of course, if the original title is too long, inappropriate for ATS, inflammatory, etc.

The OP is sensationalizing the story.

My problem with that is having worked in a plant..not meat...I know they wear gloves and cover their hair. If there is an accident that causes harm, a cut or such the belts stop, no one is going to stand there bleeding all over the place and keep working. All product in the area would be inspected and any close to an ijured person would be dumped, so how can the human tissue enter in this way?

Have you ever worked cutting up meat or fish? well I have and let me tell you you cut yourself every now and then, you may not even notice it but you may take a tiny tiny bit of skin off which may end up on the meat or fish you just do not notice it.
Before you go "eerrggg" It happens all the time.

Lol! How many small "unnoticed" cuts would it take before samplings of meats show your tissue?

In any industry dealing with food, the whole process shuts down if someone is cut...fingers bleed heavily btw!

End of work day "Oh wow guess i am missing a finger...never noticed"

One can never know,i think, until you and definitely your children are actually literally in the process of starving to death.I may still, most likely eat a cat or dog,or even a rat, insects, whatever, but i cannot really picture ever eating another human, especially if i have to kill someone to eat them.BUT when it comes to watching my children starving to death in front of me-i suspect all bets may be off.As i said in a thread in the survival forum, not long after joining this site-i would certainly cut off pieces of my own flesh to feed them,if it honestly made the difference between life and death for them.I pray that none of us ever get to a situation where we have to find out how far we have to go.Being a mother, and wanting to be dead honest here,i have a suspicion that may be further than i can truly conceive of at this time, with food still being in plentiful supply.

Actually most translations it sounds more like don't kill humans nothing about if they are already dead.

4 “But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it. 5 And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. 6 “Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind.

But the west is buying animal feed from India and we know they use corpses in the animal feed and there is no outcry so why would there be an outcry when human tissue is found in meat for human consumption.
The magic words were said ( Scientists said there was no risk to consumers)

97% believe the offical word always and the rest of us are seen as nuts.

They do keep saying Horse is a health risk though.

Wow a lot of cuts to show up in random sampling don't you think? Plus that is not the way things work if you are not talking ma pa Butcher...which my husbands family has owned so I know how ridiculousness that would be.

He cut the top of one finger off on the slicer when he was 12, yeah he noticed not like Arbies where the finger found in the sandwich was served and the guy "didn't know his finger was cut off until he got to the hospital" no blood all over so they served the beef sandwich he sliced for...no way! All lies the finger had to be in the beef already!
