They're pretty decent.

If you really want to be impressed listen to capital steez.
Now he was another 2 pac in my opinion.

Whole different level than most rappers these days.

So sad we had to see him go at such a young age.

Thanks for sharing this! I'm always on the hunt for new music, and I'll take any of these guys over lil'wayne any day of the week. Nice breath of fresh air! It's good to see hip hop that addresses other aspects of the culture besides the "money,drugs,violence&b@&ches" theme. I wonder why these guys don't get the airplay that jay- z gets?

I'd like to reiterate that this thread starts with "Hip hop fans" not "Calling all ignorant, close-minded ATS members".

If you can't appreciate hip-hop/rap why did you even click on the link?

I'll admit 'Channeling' is a bit out there, but other than that their lyricism and flow in general is incredible. Surprised there's not more views on YouTube.

Ah rap music...it always seems to take a couple of people just to make one song, yet, they sampled the music from someone else.

I get all the poetry part, but why must the music be always so redundant and well, not musical?

Here's one I did...I actually composed the music (it's not sampled) AND I wrote the lyrics ( didn't even need a featuring) AND it's musical AND original...yes, all of this is possible.

soundcloud.com...

Don't fear what is not youtube.

I'm always open to new hip hop. I like to dance.

If you really want your mind blown, watch N.E.R.D.'s video Life As a Fish on youtube. It will change you. It may take more than one viewing, but it will hit you eventually. Goosebumps every time. It's what Angels would listen to.

I don't mind the song fire. It has kind of a old school feel. The others no so much.
