Yeah I saw that The ChimpMANzee, really strange just goes to show evolution can spring up genetic differences to make an Ape different, It was a good sign of what we may have gone through.

What made me sad was after oliver was locked up with other chimps (testing and such)
As soon as they were let out of the penn (cage)
Oliver straight away stood upright, you can see it on the doc
Bloody sad it was, they caged him after he tried to mate its handler/feeder

I think that the last planet of the apes film says it all!

I worked with primates on a conservation and protection level for many years and even though that film was just fiction i cried my eyes out!

The macaque in the ikea video also reminds me of the amount of macaques that were (and still are) smuggled into France and other parts of meditarannean Europe from North Africa and then, when they get to a certain size and the owner can no longer handle the adult ripping the place to bits, just lets them go and they either end dying of starvation or certain sicknesses) or captured and then euthanized.... just sad... (Even if the Convention of washington and CITES exist to protect these types of species!)
