There was a subtle point within that post. Point is: you might be right, you might be wrong. The information on the internet can't be trusted. What makes a credible source? I have sympathy for you because you might actually be on to something, however, you came off a little hot headed and overbearing. Entertain what people say and offer counter points. If they refuse to listen and regurgitate the same argument, ignore them.

Your post has been labeled a hoax because there is evidence that suggests such. You may have to do the research for others to try and change their opinion. When people get something in their head, it'll take an act of congress to change their mind.

Some very good points there Echo3Foxtrot. If I had anticipated that an ATS mod would do something like that, I would have prepared the argument more clearly in advance, I hoped the mods would be denying ignorance.

The thread was getting stars and flags at a rapid rate and would have gone to the front page within 24 hours.

The fact is there is no solid evidence to prove it's a forgery, despite what Wikipedia says. Unfortunately the mods aren't always well informed on these issues, and no doubt there Zionist Internet Soldiers had been flagging and campaigning for the thread to be moved, these people have software which alerts them to the threads on social media with certain key terms in so as they can rapidly deploy themselves to the front line of the war of information. The first thing they do is attempt to get the thread deleted/moved before engaging (copy and pasting) with their propaganda

That's a valid point. Except that it has holes. The only reason it's a hoax is because it is possibly fueled by hatred? That seems a little more of a leap of faith that I would expect most on ATS to make. Or is it that people are content to let it stay labeled as a hoax because they are afraid of being labeled as a hater of the Jewish people?

No, people who claim it is not a hoax are the ones fueled by hatred. It is a hoax, but jew haters claim it is not a hoax due to their hatred of jews.

For sure there are people who use it as a tool for their hatred, but to assume that everyone does is not correct.

Thanks for your post. I've been in touch with the mod who moved it, he had assumed it was being used for hate, because a lot of people do use the Protocols for hate. Unfortunately he's made a mistake, as I'm not a hater, and it's very disappointing when someone jumps to such a conclusion. I used to love ATS until this, now I feel let down.

The mod and I PM-ed a few times, but he had assumed I was a hater from the start. I guess he's used to seeing threads where the Protocols are used for hate, so now he assumes that if ever it shows up then it must be a hate thread. Hard for him to tell the difference anymore I guess.

There is no solid evidence that it's a forgery, I used to think it was a forgery (because everyone said it was) until I examined the history carefully, now I'm on the fence, but it is highly accurate, this grabs my attention.

There's a big difference between Zionism and Judaism by the way.
