This is going to be really difficult...

Past...no specific order, just as they pop into my head...

1. Original Star Trek (Seasons 1 & 2)
2. Original Twilight Zone. Rod Serling was a genius. I still watch an episode or two during the week on Netflix.
3. Original Get Smart. Just can't beat the Cone of Silence for a good laugh.
4. Original Mission Impossible. Heck, just for the theme music itself

5. Star Trek Voyager. Being lost in the Delta quadrant is one of the best ideas ever. So many plot possibilities.

Honorable Mention: X-Files (Seasons 1 - 5 or so)
Star Trek TNG
Jericho. I really wish it had lasted longer than 2 seasons.
The Shield

Current:
1. The Walking Dead
2. Sons of Anarchy
3. The Following
4. Justified
5. Burn Notice

Honorable Mention:
Criminal Minds. But getting burned out on it now.

Still doesn't answer the question though...why do the Cylons let them live?, even though they know right where they are? Even in the reboot, they obviously embarked on a campaign of destroying the humans (I watched the first couple of episodes before questioning the absurdity), so why let them live? About the only answer I can think of, is to follow them to more humans, but if that is so, then why not just do so? (or say so?).

Dexter
Supernatural
True Blood
Spartacus (Starz show)
Always Sunny In Philadelphia
Californication

I posted 6 but those are pretty much the only new shows I watch. Everything else I watch are mostly older shows. Dexter is pretty cool the last few seasons haven't been as good as the first two or three but it's still a good show.

Supernatural is an awesome show, I bought the first 2 seasons and forgot how good the show was before all the angel stuff started.

True Blood is an interesting show, I tried to read the books and I'm glad they kinda went their own way with that.

Spartacus actually just ended tonight, It was epic if anybody is interested in it it's a really good show. It does have a lot of nudity in it though, they loved their orgy scenes.

Always Sunny can be a funny show, they sometimes have consistency issues though, either 2 or 3 seasons ago was horrendous.

Californication is also another show that started out pretty good and has been getting disappointing, It's still a good show though and I recommend it. It stars David Duchovny.

The Wire - Did no-one watch this

Boardwalk Empire
Frasier
The Sopranos
Love/Hate

Sons of Anarchy gets a mention too,.. sometimes absolutely brilliant, but some of the story lines just make you say 'What the hell was that all about??'

1. The Sopranos - best characterisation in tv history, perfect
2. The Wire - sociology on film
3. Breaking Bad - walter white is a bad mother
4. Peep Show - depressing off-kilter humour
5. Life on Mars (BBC) - much better than the US version, camp action at its self-indulgent best
