It's strangely saying that you don't believe this is the right job for you.
Then it mentions someone who tries to help those in need. This person is some how connected to your question. Maybe the interviewer will be a nice guy, who is compassionate?

It's screaming do not rely on a promise! I don't know, if that means someone made a promise to be with you?

Then it says you're obsessed with money or a person. Which ever it is, is causing you to not find true love.

And last it says there is lack of planning and foresight in regards to finding love, it's like you're blind in that area.

That could be possible... It was a tough reading... It could also be read they don't think your right for the job... But then why does it mention a compassionate gentleman, that makes me think you will get it...

I believe you are right, you'll get it but it's a lot harder than you originally thought.

I believe it's referring to the ego.

To be selfless, is to be open-minded, and have no fear to communicate with others, to give yourself and show what you have to offer.

To be selfish, is to be shy, quiet or close-minded and allow the ego to rule your thoughts and make you believe you're not good enough or they won't be interested, or any other excuse the ego can find.

It says he's a show-off, acts as if he knows a lot about everything. Also, he can be manipulative and sort of anxious in public. I think the universe is trying to say you're better off without him.
