Looks like something out of an episode of The X-Files to me. The one where Mars alien ghost things mess up a a NASA project.

Pretty sure what we're seeing is evidence of a known hoaxer altering footage and presenting it as unaltered footage.

I didn't know who's youtube channel that came from, nor do I know any known hoaxers.

However, I'm surprised by how few people here understand how simple it is to alter video and add in something like that.

The fact that it is meant to look like it is in outer space, means its a VERY simple job. No shadows, no reflects, no altering light. A VERY simple video-editing job.

All he did was superimpose the image onto the video, and to make it seem somewhat realistic, he made the "creature" appear to go BEHIND part of the station. Again, VERY easy to do.

I'm not knocking the OP, or anyone else who doesn't realize it is fake.....I could see how you might think so if you don't really know much about video editing or anything.

not convincing until i see it do a drastic turn off of course because that little bounce it makes can be explained by gas vapors around it giving it a bounce effect.

First and only reasonable conclusion I had before reading these posts. Do you people really think this is some crazy alien swimming through space?

So in the end big hype for nothing. Just look at the believers, their first cry when they see something moving in space - ALIEN CREATURE! No comment

It has been suggested on another site that the creature in the video is indeed a Clione Limacina that has apparently been skillfully inserted. Take a peek...

Apologies for posting what already has been. My bad!

COME ON PEOPLE!!

This is so clearly a fake. What good are wings in a vacuum? Think about that for a moment and then tell me you believe this video is genuine.

Wow. This is actually one of the more impressive pieces of space footage for the simple fact that there is such a fluid motion. There is nothing in space to cause such motion, and any exhaust emanating from the spacecraft itself would not cause such movements, as they would be prohibited by Newton's Laws of Motion. Something that gets hit with a jet of some gas in space is not going to move one direction, and then suddenly reverse its direction without some other force present. And I do not subscribe to the idea of aliens visiting earth, but I go where the facts lead.

And from what I see this is what I conclude. The filter or inversion or whatever is applied in the video is not going to give an accurate representation of what is truly present, but it does a well enough job to show movement, although what it shows as a solid mass may or may not be accurate. It really does appear to similar to biological movement, which is pretty crazy. Any plausible explanation aside from a biological or artificial lifeform would have to fit to criteria...first, it would have to obey known physics, and second, it would have to not be utterly preposterous.

Being a sasquatch advocate myself I know good and well that there comes a point when naysayers attempt to use scientific reasoning to explain something away, but they grasp at straws at times. ANY explanation will do as long as it is not the affirmative, or what they are fighting against. So those who refuse to believe this could be something other-worldly will find a way to validate that it is not. And it may not be alien, but the possibility cannot be discounted at this point, at least from what I have seen and from my point of view.

The only question is: is this a hoax or is it an underwater rig/setup? It's one or the other. Basic physics tells you that much.

Wouldn't be the first time NASA filmed something terrestrial and tried to say it's from outer space. Just look at footage of "Mars"....

It's a Hoax either perpetrated or promoted by known Hoaxers , ADG has a long track record of this stuff .

An interesting video for sure. I really wanted to believe that this one was true but.....when you observe the little swimmer in the zoomed field, watch when he appears to go behind a portion of the station and comes out. To me the trajectory is just a little off when it emerges from the other side. One could argue that it changed course when it was out of view but, it seemed to me it came back into view a little sooner that I would have expected, given how fast it was moving before it was obscured. Nicely done fake, in my opinion.None the less, it was a nice find OP.

You can tell by the close up that this creature is under water, but this is a really cool find

Had the "creature" moved in front of, instead of behind that part of the space station I would actually be more in tune NOT to call it a fake, however it seems the hoaxer made it this way only to scrub the most obvious explanations, such as lens glitches or that the "creature" is on the inside of the camera. Sadly, imo, this is a fake manufactured by someone who enjoys fooling people into thinking something could "swim" in space, even though we are more than aware of this being physically impossible. So for those of you who for some reason find yourself "needing" to think this is somehow true, please, use your possibly flawed sense of logic and come to the right conclusion!
