The quote is from Kybalion.
The message is completely lost it seems
What message? I understand both your unquoted 'quotes' on their own but in the context of the OP they are meaningless, intentionally inserted to sound mysterious, wise and profound.
It seems ironic that most people stumble around not really living, afraid to be who they really are and then when they get the chance online, instead of being honest and up front they reinvent them selves again with a new false identity/personality and give it the big "I am yoda" routine.
If the words you use are not yours have the courtesy to quote the original author properly. It shows respect and is likely to earn you the same in return.

Since mankind hasn't figured out what reality is yet we are doomed to repeat cycles of the past. Why view it when your living it right up to the point when we nuke ourselves.
The only way we can stop cycles is to view them which means we must see the past, its important for us to know the past with accuracy. Our past is linked to our future!
So view them now. Why do you think you need "technology" to see this?
Reality is a paradox in itself.
Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, Education destroys knowledge, Governments destroy freedom, media destroys information and religion destroys spirituality.
You see the "problems" are not outside of ourselves but when we look to correct it outside of ourselves this is what we end up with
THE PRINCIPLE OF RHYTHM. - “Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.”
