I'm having trouble understanding anything you've said here. Can you elaborate?

What should a man do to get his thoughts across to others? Write them down and send them to everyone that you need to, but you need to write your thoughts down more clearly than what's written here.

The good thing about writing down your thoughts and feelings is that it gives you a chance to review what you've written over and over so not to leave anything out and it gives the person who's reading it the chance to review it over and over to gain a better understanding.

What is your particular circumstance and what message are you trying to get across and why? This will help to understand where you're coming from. Are you a psychiatrist or a patient? I noticed the other day that you started a thread on shaking off demons? Was that you? If you ask yourself, "what's wrong with this place"? Maybe that's the problem with the whole "place". Psychiatric offices have a tendency to harbor them.

'Philosophy' is a plan for doing life right. Humans like to have a 'plan' - like getting rid of rage and anger - they believe it will make life feel better. I am not giving you any plan.

Don't know about justified anger or rage, seems anyone can justify anything to themselves.

Anger is energy. The energy is ambiguous and has no agenda of it's own but is merely the result of viscerous or synaptic response. Channel and sublimate the energy rather try to crush it. Feel it and use it. Want to smash someone's face in? Channel that energy and sublimate it into positive action; clear the yard, make bread dough, chop wood, paint, sing, dance. See how you feel for having done so!

The mind rules but only if you let it.

Anger and rage can be a very destructive force, but it can also be a great motivating factor, if channeled correctly. There is nothing to say that the direct results of anger/rage must be violence-oriented. Its what you do with the anger/rage that is bad, for we are only human, and no matter what, we will experience anger, weather we let it show or not.
