What confused me as to the tea-party movement and the occupy moment is the central message. What was the one demand that either of these groups carried? I absolutely support any efforts of any american that stands up for change. What is disconcerting for me is how convoluted the messages are. It all seemed so chaotic.

Now how they planning on doing this? Formal charge all they want to, but truth is they will all probably get arrested themselves, long before they show up at the capitol... Who knows, maybe they'll all get taken out by drone strikes, as domestic terrorists- long before they reach the capitol...

Just a question, while we are about this discussion... Without reverting to responses like "Anyone but them, anyone but that", who are the people organising this effort thinking of replacing Obama and Friends with exactly?

Well that isnt very realistic.
If you are arresting the entire upper tier of government, then you WILL have to install something in its place, because clearly, the President, the VP, and congress will not be able to perform thier duties while under arrest. So I ask again, what sits in its place? Its all very well saying that this isnt about replacing your leaders, but at the same time, you cannot unseat them into a cell, and expect things to just , work themselves out.
If that is the route down which you are intending to go with this, I must question the sense in it.
Incidentally I couldnt agree with your principle more. I applaud it. But this has to be done properly.edit on 7-3-2013 by TrueBrit because: added sentiment.

If one sherrif would accept thier constitutional duty and arrest even one of these crooked polititians
Except that they need evidence to arrest someone - arresting someone because some random on the internet does not like them is not really a reason to arrest anyone.... despite what you think!

You want evidence, just turn on the news and listen/watch.
