Comet making closest approach ever of Earth

A recently discovered comet is closer than it's ever been to Earth, and stargazers in the Northern Hemisphere finally get to see it.

Called Pan-STARRS, the comet passed within 100 million miles of Earth on Tuesday, its closest approach in its first-ever cruise through the inner solar system. The ice ball will get even nearer the sun this weekend — just 28 million miles from the sun and within the orbit of Mercury.

The comet has been visible for weeks from the Southern Hemisphere. Now the top half of the world gets a glimpse as well.

i think the line Mabus will soon die---is a reference to the Scriptual/biblical account which says that the AC (in this case "Mabus" as identified by Notradmus)...receives a Mortal-head-wound (dies)

my guess is that the False Prophet...and the AC minions/cadre of followers engage in a reprisal with biological weapons that kills both man & beast (fufilling the 2nd line: horrible undoing of men & animals)


As for the last line....when the comet will pass...
my guess is that a spectacular comet is the object talked about...and in November 2013 there is an expected comet that will be seen by the eye, and be as bright as a full moon even in the daylight hours...

Now that noteworthy comet...MIGHT...be what Nostradamus was talking about... not these insignificant asteroids passing close to Earth that are unseen by the naked eye... (not even comets!)


i would look for a spectacular comet first--- with a 3 month lead-in so as to accomodate a tragic death of a 'world-leader' ~aka MABUS~...
so with these 'qualifers' it is obvious that Chavez was no anti-christ...

Mabus is almost certainly Ahmadinejad. I've done a lot of research into this several years ago when I was REALLY into Nostradamus predictions. Anyway; Ahmadinejad's original first name was "Saborjhian" but his father changed it. If this is true this fits the MABUS characters; MAhmoUd Saborjhian Ahmadinejad. Remember that letters can be turned and flipped so the "d" can become "b". It's also been revealed that Ahmadinejad has a Jewish past, so it makes A LOT of sense. Ahmadinejad's mother is rumoured to have been a direct descendant of the prophet Muhammad as well. All this information leads me to believe that it is he who is Mabus.

I predict that next year someone will die, that there will be war, strife, drought and famine, and that a comet will be seen. You're looking at the new Nostradamus, people, you really are.

Good work making this connection. Although I don't believe that the future can be predicted, this string of events seems more than just a coincidence.

The point is not if we must believe or not that the future can be foresaw for some people that have that ability, is that it is a fact that there is an incredible parallelism in between the quatrains of Nostradamus about MABUS, and the figure of Hugo Chavez.

Hugo Chavez started a Comunist revolution of incredible momentum in Venezuela in 1998, and just a year after than he was able to dictate a Bolivarian Constitution that still rule that country, that was proclaimed by a national assembly in September of the year 1999, a month that in the ancient Roman calendar was the seventh month, in the same year in which the planet Mars, the Greek god of War, was closest to the earth in about a century, is that also a mere coincidence?

Hugo Chavez is direct descendant of the fierce KARIBE people, a kind of cannibals that ruled the coasts of Venezuela before the first Spanish conquerors came to that land, the KARIBS were people of ocre yellow skin and with remarkable mongolic features, easy to be confused with Mongols by an European seer.

Napoleon was definitely an Antichrist like figure. He believed he was destined to be world emperor and even apparently believed he would become the Antichrist. So yeah, pretty sure he qualifies. The others you mentioned either lived and died before Nostradamus' time, thus having nothing to do with his prophecies of the future, or they did not have plans of total world conquest, like Napoleon did.

As long as we're making big connections here, on a side note, I had been really curious about this band, because I have their album, got it 2nd hand somewhere years ago, didn't recognize anything about it, but it is rather good, so I found this on wiki:

I think you are all searching too hard to fit Mabus into someones name by various means......I'm not too up on Nostradamuses predictions, but if I remember right, names he mentioned were very close/similar to what believers tied them in to, ie Hister(?) on the Rhine being Hitler.

So you are looking for someone either current or upcoming that is called Mabel...or Manos, or something.

Just a thought.

EDIT: Going through (very quickly, so I might have missed one or two) the list of current world leaders, the only one that even comes close to Mabus in any sense is President Mahmoud Abbas of Palestine.....
