Research Software, Apps, Programs or tools. Which do you use?

Hello dear ATS friends, fellow researchers. Does annybody know a good research program or tool that you use making research easier. I've used Zotero, Evernote and mindmapping software. But none really have the complete package.
I wonder what tools my fellow ATSers use?

I introduced myself about a year ago, but I have this question and no place to post it. And not finding an appropriate tool is annoying me alot.

It's just there's these rules...where ya gotta make 20 comments and then you can start your own thread. Your just in the intro forum..so hello

And make 20 comments on things that interest you then you can present the search engine question in your own thread, or try the search engine on ATS and there may already be a thread about it.
