I cant speak to this holiday.

The costumes are bizarre at best.

Is it an attempt to mourn the events of 9/11 or to celebrate them?

Which leads to the question, why would izraelis celebrate 9/11?

So if I get you right then these are a couple of Israeli kids (as you seemed to have confirmed the origin as an Israeli source, not Iranian) and those who have already reduced the thread to ad-hominem can go away and report back to their superiors that they have failed in derailing it and find another topic to troll.
