I've seen both of these photos and they are not what dreamlandmafia claims.

This 2nd photo is by Jim Fakatselis during the Leonids in 2001 (Meteor Gallery at spaceweather.com link below) and is not the result of the camera being dropped as he claims but due to a 10 min. exposure setting and the rotation of the earth during this period.

If this is fraudulent, and it is the same pic as on the Leonid site, shouldn't the guilty party/parties be heavily penalized? I don't see the humor in it. The thread was a waste of time ...
