Haters are going to hate and lovers are going to love.

When you are lit up with love for the Lord the world looks at you like your are weird. They think you are a Jesus Freak. They tell you that you are taking this Jesus stuff way too seriously. Well, Jesus was always serious when He spoke and He was serious about dying on the cross for our salvation. This little girl has found the better portion thanks to her parents. She considers heaven to be like home, must be a wonderful home for her.

I think about what it must be like to grow up in Heaven and I can only imagine that they are like little Hannah, crazy excited about God.

Maybe as a child you had Batman, Barbie or Ninja Turtles. She's got the real thing.

I love it when they throw out phrases like "Jesus Freak" or "Bible thumper" as if we're supposed to be insulted by them.

I know what I said.

I also know what I didn't↓say.

I was simply stating a fact. I didn't actually include my opinion regarding what I think should or should not be done.

But no that's probably not what you meant. You probably just meant religion or Christianity. If someone was raising their kid atheist I doubt you'd have an issue.
lol.

Have you ever considered not making such broad assumptions about others whom you know absolutely nothing about?

It's quite ironic really, the way in which some broad assumptions so often stem out from such a narrow viewpoint.

If her beliefs are correct, billions of her fellow human beings are going to be tortured in hell for all eternity for the crime of lacking belief, or refusing worship.

Thank God for such an uplifting thread!

I know, right? Unbelievable. Christianity is all about love and forgiveness and joy and burning people in fiery pits and gnashing of teeth and wailing in agony. Some people are so negative, aren't they?

I mean really, what's not to love about child abuse and the corruption of innocents? I think it's adorable.

I appreciate your intentions, but I would be more impressed if she knew what she was talking about. I'm with the others on this one - if you dress a recording machine up in pigtails and a tutu, it isn't cute.

So what did you find positive about this video? Serious question. I'd like to know your insights here.

Why not raise them with the ability to think for themselves? For me, there is no better lesson. I like to teach my kids that anything I tell them may well be completely wrong, and the only way they will be good people is to figure out what is right, for themselves.

Christian parents do not teach opinions, they teach certainties that their children are generally discouraged from questioning.

This video shows an example of faith. The faith of this child could work miracles. But it is sad seeing another thread start to turn into another "God is evil" tangent, in which the necessary posters are present.

Look at your lives and ask yourselves, are you truly happy in what you believe?

Do you really feel like you belong to what you can call home? or is this hell home for you?

The joy and peace of this child surpasses all of our intelligence, wits, and beliefs yet there are some who are so hateful that they would like only to increase their hatred and their incredulous thoughts.

I say that you have been brainwashed by the world o people, so much so that you do not remember where Home is.

It shows a brainwashed child. Her faith is no less real than the faith of the suicide bomber.

Yes, but what I believe has no bearing on truth, and is irrelevant to the discussion at hand.

Ask yourself, is the common heroin junkie not truly happy when the drug hits his system? The happiness or lack of speaks neither of truth or indeed of good or bad. I have heard of serial killers who feel truly happy and at home when they are in the act of killing, for them, that is Nirvana. Does that make their actions or beliefs right, or even desirable?

What can be more hateful than torturing your creations in a special arena of suffering, in which they will reside in anguish for all eternity?

Many brainwashed people tend to think anyone else but themselves have been deceived.

You enjoy child abuse too, then?

Children left alone are very unlikely to know such hatred, such a thing can only be taught.

I have seen the look on a child's face when they are told they are separate from God and need to do special rituals for re-acceptance.

It is not a nice moment, since they are already "connected".

This is the most abusive moment of all, to tell someone who is OBVIOUSLY in a better place that they are not , and tear them down, a most crushing moment.

Likewise, try telling a junkie he can't have any more drugs. Very crushing for them.

Should doctors tell all patients they are fine, even if they know they are diseased? If you address the problem, it can cause discomfort for sure, but its the only way one can become well. And yes, these brainwashed children are definitely unwell.

I have no problem with people who come to belief in a God of some kind naturally, without being conditioned relentlessly. I don't even have a problem with God belief per se, it's these religions that are doing so much harm, and that girl, in my opinion, is a victim of religion, and not simply a girl who has come to feel a connection with a higher power.

It is from the blind faith shown here that most all of the wars man has fought has come from. Although many good things come from most religions, one common misfortune is the lack of acceptance of differing opinions. This thread shows some examples of completely closed minded people who are unwilling to converse and hasty to throw out accusations and condemnations. Most of the people who see this as abuse to a child are god fearing people in their own way.

Children have no place in the sales of religion, it's that simple. They cannot understand the true meaning of life or death yet. Jumping the gun and teaching your children to push Jesus before they can understand what he was about before they can truly understand will hinder their natural progression of understanding. How can they expect to figure out how things work for themselves? It's akin to answering every inquary with an "Because I said so." answer.

Be careful with this kind of thing, it is people harboring blind faith of this sort from a young age that have carried out some of the most horrendous acts in history, all under the guise that it was in the wishes of God.

Sometimes, I am blessed with tears that I truly believe belong to God. When the child was rebuking the devil in the video you posted I added: "In Jesus name." and a huge tear rolled from my right eye then my left. There was no welling of tears in my eyes and I've come to recognize a tear out of nowhere is a gift from God.

Thanks for sharing.
