It's nonsense -- the ITCCS is a joke organization that has no power to arrest, try or convict anyone for anything. It's basically one guy from Canada, and even the people he claims to represent (First Nations people in Canada) want nothing to do with him.

Because they say so? That isn't Justice, that is a group deciding it will be sheriff, judge and apparently now executioner. What jail will he go to?

As has already been pointed out, the self-described "International Common Law Court of Justice" is not a court, and does not operate under common law (just to show you how out of touch he* is - it is supposedly based in Belgium - which is a CIVIL Code country, not a common law one!!)

* - why do I say "he"?

Because the so-called "court" is just the mouthpiece of one man - Kevin Annett - who might have started with good intentions about showing the world the shameful treatment of Canada's first nations, but quickly became bat# insane.

Ahh just how they were going to arrest George Bush aswell...

ITCCS or whatever are just as much fools as the people they prosecute
