I would bet that the NRA did the same thing - bought people in for their pro gun rallies last week.
I bet the NRA didn't use tax dollars to pay for it.... or union dues.
Remember, when you malign the NRA, and their money that they spend to protect the Second Amendment...
You malign my friends, relatives, coworkers and me: all the NRA members that contribute money for the specific cause.
I dont know how or why anyone would ever consider listening 2 a word u say.

It is a real union.
And, being a union, it is a front for criminals and corruption.
Being tied in with politics is just another angle of the criminals and corruption. It has been that way for a long time.
The fact that they are showing up for a rally that has nothing to do with labor ( other than a gun ban will kill American jobs ) shows us that the unions have to pay back their political patrons.

Am I the only one thinking this is being done to see if these "protesters" can piss off an NRA member enough to take a shot at someone? Maybe they will be able to find that one hothead... Just like Nancy Pelossie tried to do at the rally against Obamacare in DC. Remember the huge gavel she was carrying??? If that happened they could have a field day labeling ALL gun rights Americans as crazy killers. It would really go a long way in turning the tide their way.

Especially considering the 28th rally by the NRA & citizens of NYS was planned quite a while ago. This union/Obama thing was created over the weekend. But I am glad people are starting to wake up and see this for what it is. Thanks for stopping by.

SHOCKING!!
You are living in ground-zero of the 2nd amendment battle, so I’d expect nothing less than shenanigans from the Chicago mob occupying the White House.
Up-State New Yorkers will hold their ground for the state…I have faith. I can’t wait to see the videos of “New Yorkers”…cough…cough...championing the gun-grab!

Exactly ......it is tax payer money for a private agenda...
Also if anyone is hurt they should Sue the office giving permits to the second group opposed on the same day. It is reckless and dangerous.
That is why I see the left as aggressive and underhanded. Stunts like this that seek to subvert the Democratic process are more akin to "might makes right" philosophies. Pro-gun people should be able to voice their concerns without reprisals or the threat of confrontation.
Obama is a terrible leader that puts his people in danger for the advancement of his personal ideals.

Thursday afternoon, Governor Andrew Cuomo's office released a transcript of his comments in response to the demonstration.
"On the issue of gun control, it's been a controversial issue for decades. One of the reasons that government hasn't done anything, frankly, is because it's been controversial. I think gun control has been long overdue. We've had some recent, terrible acts of gun violence. Newtown, Conn. Webster, N.Y., right outside of Rochester.
But those were recent. This has been going on for years, and years and years. I've been working on this issue for over 20 years. So yes, it's politically controversial. About 70% of the people in the state support gun control, 30% don't and 30% feel very strongly about it. So that is the nature of the issue.
