here's something there is NO EXCUSE for allowing this to go on

Why this matters to me. I am Cherokee, I live in a state and town with much unsolved crime that has led to some law enforcement going to jail..

I know that this could not continue for four decades without the complicity of LEO
Now, having said that an eighty page report is avalable but I am not sure if I should saher it.. If it would hinder the investigation that is being urged by the idigenous communities.. How is that.. that enough?

Care to elaborate on what it is that is soo bad?
I just don't like to give clicks to blind links.
Who knows, this may be a "Scare em all Al Jones" video and I refuse to give him any clicks.

OP? You'd get a better thread attendance if you . . . .

posted items you wish to discuss from the article

And explained yourself and your position on said topic.

I see.
Women are being murdered everywhere, some have taken on the idea that they should carry a gun and not become a statistic, I tend to agree with them.
Sounds like a county problem if alot of folks are dying in one area, maybe the population of said county needs a new sheriff.

the point is that it has occured for foru decades and nothing like this could satnd that long without someone in LE being dirty.. the 80 page report says the same. Those of you with cyncial replies can expect me to ignore you

NO about to... wouldn't give those who are stalkers and worse on here the justification to take me on...

Let me give you an example of murders being ignored in certain communities. ALABMA IN the fifties and sixties

It took brave souls to stand up to BUll CONNR
the same thing is still going on in Native communities... except folks don't seem to care about our collective karma

What bothers me about this is quite clear.. ANY Law enforcement agency that doesn't investigate nor prosecute abuse of women and children must then be seen as endorsing it

Explanation: I here provide 2 ATS threads on this very issue that I remember reading just last year and the year before that also ...

'Dozens' of Women Vanish From Canadian Wilderness (by silo13 posted on 11-7-2011 @ 04:13 AM) [ATS]

And ...

Highway of Tears: Mystery of the 800-mile stretch of Canadian road where up to 43 women have gone mi (by dreamingawake posted on 10-6-2012 @ 05:42 PM) [ATS]

Personal Disclosure: I fully recommend my fellow members take a good long hard look and read silo13's thread as it is VERY comprehensive and details this epic and profound ongoing tragedy that has befallen Canada!

I hope this helps.

yeah know you were..I was giridng my loins for the other one..

as in the damn Catholic Chruch thing , what folks don't talk about is wwhat they should be..Like MILLIONS Of dead natives..

this has not been investigated because there are dirty LEOS in that area that have takena a "it doesn't matter what happens to the natives' attitude and in some cases perpetuated the violence.I hesistate to share the report as I am not sure where they are in regards to litigation yet.. I am gonna protect the tribes.. the LEOS (some of which I am sure are decent folks) can protect themselves

very much so thanks.. I cannot come out and say why I know this happens across the country and in my community till I know a certain lawyer is in jail.. oUR DA Is involved in our communty..God knows who may well be involved in cCanada..

I know that the fact that in out town 16 rape kits without names should have been enough for the initial boys to get their head into this but.. geez in this country women and children being abused ""so what?? is the usual response..

that is why I was timorus in what I said.. was waiting for the storm to hit me for posting it at all
