6 tanks at Hanford nuclear site in Wash. leaking

AP reported that 6 tanks at the nation's most contaminated nuclear site are leaking.

Thanks for the post Kituwa . . . so very sad. We keep making messes that we have no idea how to clean up. As with Fukushima . . . do we even have a clue how to keep underground water table or rivers from becoming contaminated?

There are quite a few videos regarding the leaks. Here is one of many posted 6 days ago.

Takes a few years to even begin doing anything to fix the problem...


Inslee is a good guy, from a really small town. Knows how to deal with people.

How could they have let it come to this?
