Prophecies about the Anti-Christ attacking a man/woman who can STOP EVIL

Are there any prophecies about the Anti-Christ attacking a man/woman who has the power
to STOP the Forces of Darkness?


Thank you very much for any information and thoughts you might have concerning this research I am
trying to complete; this revolves around a man/woman that has some kind of power or gift to stop,
slow down, or impede the Forces of Darkness that will have arrived or are arriving to control and
dominate the world.. Might there be information about such a person in Scripture somewhere or
in the writings of Nostradamus..

There's not really a lot of specific information about the Anti-Christ if I remember correctly other than he does bring peace so I imagine that in order to do that there will probably be a lot of attacks and death.

There are two guys who supposedly set up camp outside of Jerusulem or somewhere that he has killed...sorry but its been awhile since I've studied this prophecy so someone can probably fill in more pieces.

I don't recall any attacks on a single "good" individual however. I wouldn't rely on fortune tellers either since they are so vague their stuff can apply to anything.

People like Nostradamus are very vague and allow thier predictions hundreds of years so sometimes they get lucky but when you've missed as many predictions as Nostradamus has he loses all credibility in my view. Here are some of his better know misses.

1. Said Arabs in Tunis, Fez and Bougie would be captured by Morroco in 1607. It didn't happen. (VI.54)
2. Predicted ban on astology to occur in 1607. It didn't happen (VIII.71)
3. Predicted a cleric election in 1609. There is no record of this having ever happened. (X.91)
4. Predicted "king of terror" for 7th month of 1999. You guys lived through this time period. (X.72) Nothing happened that could be applied to having fullfilled that prophecy.

Im not saying its me that the prophecies are talking about but I have noticed alot of things trying to impede me lately.
Yesterday Burger king didnt have any bacon and several trains were inexplicably cancelled all in a row when I went to catch them and today I was stuck in traffic and a journey that normally takes 20 min took me over an hour and a half. True its not exactly physical attacks but they are attacks of a sort

Once again Im not saying its me whos gonna be the one to stop the darkness, Ill leave you all to draw your own conclusions BUT.............

According to Scripture, no. It is a prophecy & will be fulfilled. .

But, The Prince of Princes is the one that will stop him.

I believe hes talking about the rise of the Anti-Christ, not the end.

If he is talking about the rise of the antichrist, it is still a no, according to the Scripture. A prophecy is always as it is spoken or written in the Scripture. He will rise and will rule until he meets The Messiah who will "take him out" in the end.

IMO, of course

On the other hand if he is talking about other forces of darkness (demons), not the antichrist alone, yes, there are those who can stop them.

there was a movie back a few years ago..."Constantine" of a fictional charcter who could transport himself to hell and could see the demon spirits...and he had some success at thwarting the plans of (i guess it was) Satan himself....


but No... there is no power of the Earth or of Humanity that can vanquish the coming antichrist...
even the Armies of Angels led by Michael could only banish satan to Earth...
thats like corraling dictitorial communists to just N Korea instead of being able to totally destroying that enemy


organized religion built a narritive where evil cannot be eradicated...excet in a final confrontation where the source of evil is thrown into a (?quantum energy?) Lake-of-fire....
and the Fire Lake is After Satan was locked up in the 'bottomless pit' (black hole) for 1,000 (Earth) years

I believe they are killed eventually to prove a point or something....i'll leave it to those more knowledgable than me to add more details but I believe they would fit the description of the OP.

And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

The beast kills them according to scripture, and we shall have a party cos' the beast killed them.

Not sure where you are going with this but I will add my own story to the mix. Stop, probably not, but to slow it down my short answer will be a resounding yes. My time has long past but if this happened to me then it most assuredly will happen again to others, both men and women.

On Topic: Far as I know, there's only one person gifted with ability to fight the Devil.

Not even GOD can stop Satan now.

IF anyone comes out now and proclaims they are Jesus Christ, they will be hit with accoustic weapons, microwaves, and Scalar Weapons from satellites in orbit.

Satan's got more power than any "God" now. Humanity is now doomed. The only thing "God" could do to save us is destroy Earth and start over.

I believe you are talking about the 2 witness's that will be killed for defying the antichrist, scripture says their death will be seen worldwide" welcome to the web" and their bodies will remain in the street for 2 days I believe then they will arise and ascend into the clouds to join Christ's return.

the forces of good and evil are embedded in all of us.. you know evil therefore u can commit evil.. saying this you may be the dark force trying to stop you... i believe the anti-christ can not be pin pointed as a single person but every person has the possibility in acting as the A-C and due to recent events i see the A-C showing his pressence through out the world ........

mass kilings, corrupt governments preaching peace, religious leaders commiting unforgiveable crimes against their religion, genocidal dictators, wars over money, i can go on but the ist ony gets worse

Right, this is what I think is scary as well.. 1000 years is an awfully long time and for there to be outright pure evil all around us is actually quite scary..I've been in a number of situations that have been horror-movie like,
and to be honest with you, I'm pretty darned scared of what the future will hold for us, and I think I got into a real
panic as soon as I started to explore the whole petrus romanus thing.. Tired of hearing and saying that name,
but it's obviously relevant;

If we look at how everything is playing itself out in the world, or in the world political theater, I think we can utilize Anti-Christ, Satan, and demons in general as interchangeable terms; I'm trying to point to all of the players on the "Devil's" side, and whether there are prophecies somewhere stating that they will make efforts to attack particular persons or characters.. I'll have to look it up, but we have the "wars against the saints" and I think that's in Revelations, and then once a very long time ago, I read somewhere in Nostradamus' quatrains that there was this man/woman character, called the "homasse" that would arrive to vex Europe but I'm not sure if that fits into the prophecies for our current times..

To be a little more complete, I think I am seeing everything that is unfolding as having players that are destined to complete or accomplish certain deeds (either politically, legally, theologically, etc.) whom satan and his crew will attempt to conquer. It is a little on the movie side, but I'm thinking movies like The Omen where the priest with all of these newspaper articles on his walls, winds up being impaled--

Do characters like that ever figure into scripture when they exist in real life and when they are genuinely trying to make a difference against evil.. Take Malachi Martin for example, some people believe he may have been murdered.. It just seems as though there should be pertinent prophecy written about such important figures
who are able to make a significant difference somehow on the global scene..
