You must have a really short attention span if my animated kitty keeps you from paying attention to what is written in my posts. Just do like everyone else says and disable the avatars (you said you would rather focus on the posts anyway) or freeze the animatd ones every time you open a thread.

It doesn't sound that hard. A lot of folks here enjoy the animated avatars. I don't see why ATS should change just to suit your tastes.

Totally agreed, it is a fantastic show. I'm glad to hear it got an extension.

Same here. I'm rather disappointed that he didn't take the hard line with his mother, but...oh well. Makes it more interesting. Next episode is supposed to feature a guy who uses explosive collars to rob jewelry stores, and one of his victims is a close friend of Oliver's.

Anyway, you should get an animated version of that avatar...you know, just for kicks.

Who are you to say who deserves what? If you don't like them then block members avatars, avatars are not here to cater to what you like or dislike. Seems to me this belongs in rant forum though because it is a personal rant.

I wanted to do a small animated building seven collapsing....but gave up after a half hour or so.....
The whole "animavatar" thing is just out of my skill set.........

but animated signatures....
now their just downright annoying.....

I made this avatar after someone complained about the last one I had (that was much more animated and distracting) in a thread a long while ago.
It's part of me now. Im not changing it again

I put a lot of work into mine, but I can see how it would be a little annoying or distracting - to those who are easily annoyed or easily distracted. So far I like all of the ones that have shown up in this thread, and find them to the neither.
