Sometimes in life we have to change our way of thinking, especially if it isn't working out for us.

I look at God as a force that is not wasteful, creates life at will, and a force that is an intelligent one who probably looks at us in a different light. A light that has compassion.

The Biblical God is not someone I know or want to know. In my opinion that God is described as being mankind's judge who will throw him in a bottomless fire pit after one life on Earth and even turn him into salt if he misbehaves. For me, there is no logic in that as I am a loving parent who gives plenty of chances and would never do that to my children. I could go on and on but you get what Im saying (i hope).

We are souls inhabiting bodies here on earth to learn from an imperfect world as that is what we have created all on our own with the choices we have made as a collective.

This world we live in has rules and these rules are bound to nature. When we continuously go against nature we are going against the entire system of the Universe and possibly other worlds as well. This system is and should be in cooperation with its inhabitants and it isn't. We, mankind, has raped and exploited nature. Nature will indeed correct, with or without our consent.

The force that created it all will not cry and moan..... It recycles and restores. We have lived many times and will continue to live. Our purpose may indeed change but for now we are living in a world whereas we have the ability to change someone with a mere smile.

So this is logical reasoning for care bound by logic.

Caring is a product of love and love is boundless. PERIOD.

No opinion is PERIOD. If you're not willing to hear an opposing opinion, then you're in the wrong place for a discussion.

Love and logic can work side by side. There is such a thing as parallel lines.

Everything has limits in this corporeal world - well, except for stupidity. Stupidity has no limits.

I was thinking of Ron White when I posted, but that was just flat out rude. And you call yourself a Christian? Hypocrite.

Why in the hell do you resort to calling me names and using words like stupidity AI ? When I was only agreeing with what you said. We seem to have horrible communication breakdown some how and I don't even understand it. Nor do I claim to understand it. It's your own words of which have offended you . But I'm a hypocrite ? So be it. As I've said in the past we should just avoid each others posts.

I misspoke before. It wasn't Ron White, it was Albert Einstein who said that the universe and stupidity were both limitless, although he admitted to not being entirely sure about the universe.

I never said you were stupid. But, hey, if the shoe fits...

I suppose I better point out that I'm kidding or you might take me seriously again.

When I was only agreeing with what you said. We seem to have horrible communication breakdown some how and I don't even understand it.

Oh, I don't know, how about we start at the point where you stopped answering my questions and started ducking and hiding? You have a horrible habit of that.

Nor do I claim to understand it. It's your own words of which have offended you . But I'm a hypocrite ? So be it. As I've said in the past we should just avoid each others posts.

You don't fix a problem by ignoring it. I call that giving up, something I'm not particularly good at.

Let's get back on topic. You claim love and logic are mutually exclusive, or at the very least, a highly frictional pair.

Ok, you asked for caring bound by logic. Here is my logical reasoning on the subject:

1) Life is programmed to survive (therefore being healthy and reproducing).

2) Destructive behaviors towards others is unhealthy and therefore not beneficial to the survival of the specie.

3) Caring for others will influence good healthy and will help with the thriving of the specie as compared to a society where all did not care and were destructive to each other.

So this is logical reasoning for care bound by logic.

Thanks to Arpgme for the quote.

So there you have it. Logic and love can work together with extraordinary results.

Then you concede the point. Any more cute questions to ask, or amusing challenges to make?

No AI I didn't. I asked you for examples where love is bound by logic.Love isn't bound by anything and you know that as well as anyone. Let's start a thread and ask is love boundless ? You know better esse.

I guess that makes love the most dangerous emotion of all.
