If you're going with the "scare us into thinking that there's an external alien threat" theory, then flying them during the day would probably be one of the best ways to convince people that they are not man made. It's too easy to write off a night sighting as an experimental aircraft or some atmospheric phenomenon. Anything flying during the day obviously doesn't care if it's seen.

LOL, it's not that I'm a big Leary fan, just thought that quotation was good for a chuckle or two lol. Also, I'm not saying I believe any one theory or another... I just try to keep an open mind. I'm actually one of the more sceptical members, as you can probably see in opening of this thread lol....
