Why I cannot still go with the flat "It's a scam!" mentality prevalent on this thread, the only real documentation of success or failure oresented is clearly in the negative in regards to the power of these filings.

There can be no doubt that the little guy fighting against TPTB is tilting at windmills. There *IS* a clear division between corporate/government power and those subject to their authority. It would be very promising indeed to see the "little people" organize in a constructive and effective manner to turn the tables back on those that literally control any avenue of protest or restitution. We're all frustrated, but we suck it up and say, 'Well, that's the way it is!" in desperation. Ashtar Command, any time ya wanna double-park in orbit, I'll be the one adjusting his tinfoil hat to receive your Divine Blessings...

And as for the "Live Free of Die" state, there's sure no living free. Despite no state income tax, good luck finding anything that isn't taxed, levied, permitted, registered, metered, tolled or excised. And dying just passes those costs onto your dependents. So much for truth in advertising. Even the "Old Man of the Mountains" on our license plates fell into the gorge to avoid the shame...

Thank you to all who have contributed to the post, for and against. While I may not be terribly more informed at this point, I can see the issue merits enough discussion and investigation as we watch whether they change the world, or create some great scifi during their incarceration....

While I cannot share your cynical look at the Granite State, and I am too saddened that the OMOTM took a plunge to avoid policy changes, there's no Sales Tax, there's no Income Tax, and honestly, I liked living in Manchester, and I loved more living in Alton.. I could live with the higher property taxes, and the few other little taxes to not have to deal with 6.35% sales tax, compounded with another 4.5% county tax compounded with a 9.5% you don't need it tax.

But all that aide, it doesn't change the fact that the OPPT meets the criteria, Legally, to be considered a scam.

It is an unfortunate fact, but a fact nonetheless.

Looks like we will get to see how well the OPPT Courtesy Notice holds up in court.

This coming Monday a guy in Texas is being sentenced on conspiracy to commit bank fraud & nine counts of bank fraud and yes, he is part of the sovereign movement. According to his family he has filed a OPPT Courtesy Notice (plus re-sent all of his already filed UCC docs) to the court ahead of his sentencing.

Just so everyone is clear, the OPPT claims Courtesy Notice is to make people aware that the governments & banks are no longer exist because of the paperwork Heather filed.

Respondent’s attention is directed to the DECLARATION OF FACTS, specifically the foreclosure in late 2012, of the world’s corporations operating under the guise of the people's governments, banks and all other corporations for cause of treason against and the damage of the one people of this planet without their knowing, willing and intentional consent, specifically:
Government Charters Cancelled: (Refer: DECLARATION OF FACTS: UCC Doc # 2012127914 Nov 28 2012)
“...That any and all CHARTERS, inclusive of The United States Federal Government, UNITED STATES, “STATE of ...", Inclusive of any and all abbreviations, idem sonans, or other legal, financial or managerial forms, any and all international equivalents, inclusive of any and all OFFICES, inclusive of any and all OFFICERS, PUBLIC SERVANTS, EXECUTIVE ORDERS, TREATIES, CONSTITUTIONS, MEMBERSHIP, ACTS, and any and all other contracts and agreements made thereunder and thereby, are now, void, worthless, or otherwise cancelled, unrebutted; ...”

I will also add, his family has asked the OPPT for help. After a long email of BE'ing and DO'ing and talk of light, Heather closed with this:

I hope he holds that image near and dear because he faces up to 300 years in prison.

I'm sorry.. that's too funny I was about to post this one, it came in a memo this morning about how people are starting to use this stuff to try to get out of jail free. I cannot imagine any judge is going to take this seriously, and well I think my prediction will come to fruition, he will go to jail, they will start gunning for Heather next and she will seek asylum with Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

And you forgot her ending to the document as if a letter to someone has to be ended this way

This article has proved my point. You can throw all the legal documents at the system all you want but they still have the guns, cops, courts, jails and all the fiat they wish to print to keep these illegal and fraudulent systems going. You proved these UCC filings dont mater one iota when a system is so corrupt they dont care what it takes to keep it going and will incarcerate as manny of us as they please to keep the status quo. Where is Cody's freedom now? He filed all the documents that most of us would have half the knowledge to do and yet where did it all get him. Certainly not his freedom.

Sorry, not really keeping up here, but what is with the CAPITAL LETTERS? Does capitalisation somehow change things? The last time that made a difference in my world was when I was 11 and by changing the lettering etc of what you were saying, changed what was being said, even if the words did not change...very silly

the only time all caps changes something is when it implies screaming on the internet.

in legal docs, all caps are used to ensure conspicuous documentation of important aspects of the legal docs. Cap the name so there's no confusion later, etc. About 30 or so pages back I posted links explaining the need for all caps

Oh right, thanks for that, must have missed it in the midst of some of the more "out there" theories about how using documentation in certain formats, somehow changes their legality and meaning.

That is exactly why I have stuck through this thread - and why my emotions tend to get heated where this subject is concerned. In Texas a man is facing 300 years in prison because he bought into this nonsense. From some place of desperation, fear, or panic, he chose to give this a shot - and is almost certainly going to lose miserably.

Still, he made his choices and it's fair that he pays the price for those choices.

But what of his family? They are innocent bystanders/victims of this con and of their loved ones desperation and gullibility. For them to reach out to this woman for help and to receive:

that empty and vacuous new age crap????

I am positive that the attached image will keep them financially solvent and emotionally contented while their loved one rots in prison.

If there was any legitimacy AT ALL to this movement, they'd have offered to send a lawyer, or a consultant, or money. Not pictures of imaginary magical whatever the Hell is inferred above. Even the hacks at H&R Block will send a tax expert or attorney when they mislead you and leave you screwed.

Look - I am not very skilled at pulling punches, verbally or otherwise. I realize that there are many folks in the middle class who are scared. I realize that the reason they're scared is that the poor are now even more sunk than they were six years ago - and the middle fear that they will be next to go down the tubes. I realize that gun enthusiasts are currently having a conniption fit because they are being told that Big Brother wants all of their guns. I even realize that there is a segment of the population who, even four years later, are livid that a black man is in the White House. I realize we've got a lot of ex-military out there who were put into the grinder and then unceremoniously spit back out, with little or no support. I realize unemployment is up, wages are down, and benefits are quickly becoming something only rich people can expect to get.

It's a mess. There's no doubt about it.

But to say "This must have validity!" solely upon the basis that it is antithetical to the current, broken system? That's like using a power tool to stop a tooth from aching. While it might make emotional sense to want to try it - in the end it is only going to compound ones problems exponentially.

The email she sent the family was on Tuesday 12th of February.

On Sunday the 17th she did a radio interview and stated:

Right now, all you have to do is just stand there in BE’ingness, say “Here’s a Courtesy Notice” and refer to the OPPT filings and let their lawyers come in and rebut with myself and Caleb and Randall, because we’re able to work, like I said it was a real energetic thing, but also legalese thing.

So will they BE there on Monday when this guy faces sentencing??

In it, they thoroughly cover many of the typical OPPT topics, and go into great depth of exactly HOW the supposed "governments" are actually corporations. I think at this point, anybody who still believes they are not, absolutely needs to listen to this radio show and dig up what you can on this Captain, who served the Canadian forces for over 3 decades, retired, and was asked to come back and head Defense, after doing a threat assessment and report. This person of very high standing "vets" OPPT.

Now, I ask of you as a group, will you finally let this topic be freely discussed on the site or are you going to call it a scam still? Because at this point, calling it a scam makes ATS look very silly.

I would think not, as at this point it would and probably already has opened Heather, Caleb and Randall up to Washington State prosecution for frivolous filings under the new Revised UCC 9 rules. So even though Heather WAS a lawyer, I would take an educated guess that she's not that stupid to show up in a courtroom and subject herself to immediate arrest and detention.

We have eccentric ex-military in our country here as well, I seem to remember everyone thought an Ex General with a penchant for blowing things way out of proportion was the number one valid source on all things Fukishima.

Until the Government of the United States issues a statement that this is a legitimate use of the Uniform Commercial Code (and Canada don't cut it, as the Revised UCC 9 ONLY APPLIES TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WHAT PART OF THIS DO YOU NOT GET) than this is going to be treated as a New Age Sov'run Scam.

Edit: after a cursory look around the only reference to this man is on OPPT related websites, and nothing in the Canadian Government or Military pages about him being recalled in to head the Defense Department of Canada.

No, what part of this do YOU not get? You are not versed in UCC. You don't have the answers. You think you do, but you are part of the system that is foreclosed. This is fact. The sooner you come to grips with this the better. If you wait until they usher you out your office, then so be it. Expect this to be the next large step forward for the People.

You have a lot of nerve (and folly) in immediately discounting someone with the credentials such as this Captain. He laid it all out on the table, yet you judge him without even listening, learning.

How many of these recommended discussions have you actually listened to? I've suggested numerous ones, but all I see from you is judgement from comments from other people who listened. If you do nothing else, at least judge fully informed.




For everyone else, I urge you to listen to what this gentleman, and what Heather are saying in this discussion. Listen with your heart. It is a huge subject with many facets. Listen without prejudice or judgement clouding your ability to discern.

The other was for a concrete boom company that was dissolved for non-compliance.
