Turning over a new leaf

I'm sorry for your loss, brother. it's hard to see them go, harder still to stay behind and keep on being who they saw when they looked at you.

... but that is the ultimate memorial.

Sorry about your loss my friend. She's gone but never forgotten. Memories of her will always be with you. I can only sit back and think about how you made her final days special ones merely by being a true friend to the end. God bless you.

I hope you find comfort in our comments and realize we are willing to share your grief. No one should ever have to bear it alone. The greatest gift we can ever give is love and compassion to someone at the end of their life. I hope and pray there will be someone there for me when it is my time. You helped me out when I needed and I appreciate that a whole lot.

Yesterday was that date of my moms passing. I got a tattoo that says 'let it be' and below it has her death date(5-29-2011)
I miss her so terribly.
