Those are *clearly* a new type of craft, I would say those are prototypes of the new Klingon cruisers.
We all know how the Klingons have those birds of prey crafts, loosely assembling birds with wings, a head and a tail. I want to congratulate the OP as well as the Youtube poster to bring this to our attention, it shows that time is running out and we need to prepare well to be able to defend them. I am shocked that the Klingons already managed to build so many of those craft, and even more so that they manage to fool the authorities and everyone else it's "only birds". Of course, that's their intention to begin with....
