Consider the facts? O.K. lets consider the facts!
Fact: Israel has been systematically transfering their population(settlers) to Palestinian territory contrary to the Geneva accords and completely illegal under international law.

Fact: The settlements are for "Jews only" and is blantant discrimination against the indiginous Palestinians.

Fact: Israel is NOT interrested in a "peace treaty" with the Palestinians. Read the Likud charter! Israel is ALWAYS interrested in "negotiating" as long as the negotiations go nowhere.

Fact: Every cease fire between Israel and the Gazans has been broken by Israel

Fact: there have not been ANYattacks from the Palestinians from the West Bank. There have however been many, many attacks on Palestinians from the settlers while being protected by the IDF.

Fact: The Palestine authority has recognized Israel as a state but Israel REFUSES to recognize Palestine as a state.

Thankfully, the world is waking up to the games of Israel!

I disagree completely. If anything we are seeing a pro Palestine anti Israel sentiment around the world!
You have the UN allowing Palestine in as a non participating member, the UN telling Israel they need to move all of the settlers out of settlements that infringe on Palestinian land (settlements Israel added to after the UN allowed Palestine in), and finally you have many many countries recognizing Palestine as a sovereign nation (and I am not talking just mid east nations either).

You are WAAAYYY off base on this one. If anything people are getting really tired of Israel.

Why do people ask silly questions like this. It is like what would happen if King Kong fought Godzilla? With the latter being more likely. The UN can not even declare war. The UE is close with Israel as is the US. And suprise so is Russia who depends and Israel for parts of it defense industry.

There's only 1 way to force a country to comply with a Geneva Convention.

You've got to defeat them first.....then you can hold them accountable for violating the Geneva Convention.

We've been peeing all over the Geneva Convention and even legalized torture.

Geneva Convention right now doesn't mean zippity squat.

Your post is the problem why Israelis and the Palestinians will NEVER find peace.

Re-read your own post. IT is ALL SUBJECTIVE and ONE SIDED - Pro Palestine, WHEN an OBJECTIVE fact finding will present the reality to how to solve those issues - finding, acknowledging, and correcting the ROOT problem, so that both nations can progress and evolve.

There is no need for any biasness and presentation of half truths and falsehoods.

Are the palestinians angels, espacially the terrorist organisation Hamas 'voted' into government status, along with the ball-less Palestine Authority whom grovels before Hamas in fear and would rather let them say everything instead of chiding them or even arresting them for their crimes against the palestinians if not israelis as well?

Would the palestinian leaders including the terrorist hamas whom vowed death to all jews let the israeli live in peace, espacially at the holy city Jerusalem, the site where lays the bodies of many jews slaughtered by arab radicals for centuries?

Espacially after Israeli independence when palestinians at the instigation of their blood thirsty elders regularly stone and molest them in the corridors leading up to the holy city, till the Israelis took reactive action such as building jewish strongholds and settlements around those corridors to protect muslims, christians and jewish pilgrims from assualt by ignorant youths kept stupid by Hamas to use as canon fodder?

I will not deny that Israelis are no angels either, just as the palestinians are not angels too. BUT what is the root problem?

It lays with Hamas and the older arab generations long grew up with hatred and fear, instead of progress that had resulted in todays sad affairs in palestine and israel.

And as long as people like you take sides based upon either half truths or outright falsehoods, instead of acknowledging and correcting that root problem - of hamas desiring of genocide and israelis reactive actions for security, there will be NO peace there, regardless if it exists as a single nation together locked in a death embrace, or as a viable 2 state nation but continually lobbing bombs at each other at every opportunity.

There are no "half truths involved" The UNHRC Points out facts, NOT half truths. Is it a fact Israel is in violation of International Law? Yes it is indeed a fact. Is it a fact that Israel disciminates against the Palestinians> Yes it is a fact. No half truth there. What "Half truth" are you refering to? I see none. Look, Just because someone critisises Israel doesn't mean they hate Jews so calm down fella.
