If you don't like the answer, don't ask questions...
Funny, I don't recall asking you a question...

If you haven't realized yet, this is a forum where you can place your thoughts and ideas and have people question them. Or you can question others. It goes both ways. When you place your thought/idea on a public internet forum, you are opening yourself up to questions. Sorry, I didn't realize you were new to the internet. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I'm not misinformed. The government has said that it was a lie.

Again, I'm not saying you personally are a bad guy. Just that they are there..some are even hiding as your friend. I think it is very commendable that you saved that child! I wish I could shake your hand.
For every one of you, though, you have to admit there is the polar opposite. The US entered Iraq because of the WMD that didn't exist. It was a lie. You could go in anywhere and have excuses for it, but, Iraq was justified using a lie at the time.

I am not in the position to argue with you, and I thank you for your service, but can you explain Katrina? Were they following lawful orders? The other thing is I don't think civilians want to fire on service men but when they come pounding on your door to take your guns how is there any other way to stop them from forcefully taking them? There will be no negotiating with them, and it will be unlawful no matter what the politicians say!

The government? which government and in what context.
According to Blair, the trigger was Iraq's failure to take a "final opportunity" to disarm itself of alleged nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons that U.S. and British officials called an immediate and intolerable threat to world peace.
All I'm sayiing is that when the time comes I expect the military and police agencies to attack the civilian populace but at that time we will not be civilians by decree.
