Only the house of representatives can bring charges against a sitting president. So this is bull puckey! Know your laws people.
Jay Alan Sekulow was on the brief for amicus curiae The Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, John Boehner, in support of petitioner. John N. Raudabaugh entered an appearance.

Wait, you said "common law" grand jurry?
Isn't that where a bunch of regular joes just get together and claim they have legal juristiction? AKA the "natrual law" people that are also obsessed with Admiralty Law?
That would be like me trying to perform a "citizens arrest" on my district attorney. Not. Going. To. Happen.
Despite the fact that the state and federal constitutions still acknowledge the common law as the ultimate law system, people everywhere are conditioned to believe that the statutory law and codes are the only source of law. The only remaining common law term generally known among the public is "common law marriage." The common law grand jury is now dormant only because of the public ignorance of its powers that supercede all other government entities, including the modern statutorily defined grand jury. Awakening the grand jury will not be graciously accepted by the government. A strategy is needed to reintroduce this fundamental protection against tyranny and injustice.
On Jan. 25 the D.C. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals shook the Obama White House with a ruling that NerObama's "recess" appointments, based on his own determinations of when the Senate was or should be in recess, violated the Constitutional separation of powers and were illegal and unconstitutional. The Court went further and defined a recess appointment as requiring that the vacancy being filled have appeared during a Senate recess.
The same day, as Lyndon LaRouche anticipated the future implications of this for breaking Obama's claimed abuses of power, constitutional lawyer Bruce Fein told Politico that those abuses themselves were turned into a powerful boomerang against the White House.
"In the past, executive authority has expanded, and expanded, and expanded, so they [Obama's team] thought: 'Let's go for it,'" said Fine, who had opposed Obama's power to make the appointments and his other abuses such as unilateral war on Libya. "Now, they're far worse off than before, because the lines are drawn much more narrowly, in terms of what anyone thought they were previous to this ruling. It's an overreach, and he winds up now worse off than where he began."
Politico quotes a labor lawyer, Denise Keyser of Ballard Spahr in New Jersey, agreeing: "The loss is way bigger than the battle he [Obama] thought he was fighting.

Forgive my cynicism but I expect them to bust Obama whenever they get around to busting Bush and the army of insiders behind our downfall.
In other words, in our dreams.
Would be awesome to be wrong..

Can you provide a link to the "Drone Killings on American Soil", I am interested in hearing that line of BS, I have no love for Obama, I feel ultimate power ultimately corrupts. Send me your stuff or retract your comments.
In January, Congress passed HR 658, which requires the Federal Aviation Administration to take steps to facilitate the integration of drones “into the national airspace system.” President Obama signed the bill on February 14 with no public discussion or comment. (See “Drones come to the US”) Since Obama signed the bill, hundreds of drones have already begun flying over the US to spy on and monitor the population. A recent ABC News investigative report entitled “UAVs: Will Our Civil Liberties Be Droned Out?” outlined the possibility of drones buzzing overhead becoming “a fact of daily life.” ABC News reported: “Drones can carry facial recognition cameras, license plate scanners, thermal imaging cameras, open WiFi sniffers, and other sensors. And they can be armed.”
On “Terror Tuesdays” at the White House, President Obama helps draw up a list of opponents of US policy overseas who are to be illegally assassinated by drone-fired missiles. These “kill lists” have already included US citizens. With tens of thousands of drones flying overhead, and with the US mainland designated as a “battleground” in the never-ending and geographically unlimited “war on terror,” the US ruling class hopes one day soon to be able to eliminate its domestic opponents with similar ease.

You are absolutely right. It seems, though, that all the right-wing wackaloons pay attention to are total nutbags like LaRouche, who was not only indicted, but convicted, of fraud.

These are not criminal charges against the president. This is an attempt to have unconstitutional appointments nullified. BIG difference.
Ummm.....If you watch the video...at about the 16 min mark he states that the SCOTUS is the court that is acting on and bringing these charges....or at least that's what I...think...he's stating. That the SCOTUS is acting because the House and Senate refuse to do their job....correct me if im wrong on this.

In this video, LaRouche claims that he has heard from inside sources in the government that Obama has been indicted by a federal court with a long list of charges that is greater than he's ever seen in American politics on any previous president.
larouchepac.com...
EDIT, aha! Found it on youtube:
But he refuses to go into details of the actual indictment, saying that those are better left to the government sources to reveal.
But he does go on to analyze likely national and international response to the charges, and also called the indictment "A blessing from Heaven."
He also says "Something deeper in our government has acted to initiate impeachment."
Well this has definitely got my curiosity up, for sure...edit on Wed Jan 30th 2013 by TrueAmerican because: (no reason given)
Ummm....Listen up!!!! I think we have this all bass-ackwards if you listen to what he says about Europe and the Monarchy, ie., Britian, then what comes to my mind are "The White Hats Reports"...curiouser and curiouser.........maybe theres some meat in with those potatoes after all...one can only hope.
