I have not had any luck getting started with someone...is there a better way to go about this? Would appreciate any/all suggestions...

So here we are at the tail end of another year, 2013 is trying not to let the door hit it in the proverbial on the way out, and 2014 is staring us in the face.

I would like to start this new year by calling on all of you who worked so very hard to get this forum off the ground and turn it into something special out into the open, to be counted.

It seems somewhat sadly Rising Against has not been seen of late, and I did make a promise to the young fella we would try to continue to bring this dark little corner of ATS from the shadows and make it into something great again as we up to only a few months ago seemed to be doing. I am aware some of us have had issues of late that have taken our time away, but there are so many amazing and intelligent posters out there with the scholar name that have given us some A grade material to work with and soak in this year. I, for one, would like to see a return to that.

So I am calling all you scholars out on ATS, front and centre....

Let's make 2014 the year of the kickass research forum....

I'm all in, in fact I have been working on the next post in my and SonoftheSun's research thread on the connections between the Expanding Earth & Electric Universe theories and have been mulling ideas over for the next project I would like to tackle.

Life has indeed been hectic, but it is finally settling down some and allowing me time to give to this exciting endeavor.

Feel free to post up any ideas you may have. I'll be making a trip home soon, once that is finalised I'll be posting up some new ideas for the 2014 research collective and hopefully getting some new threads up off the ground.

I have an idea that I've been kicking around. It's a springboard type of idea that comes from Skyfloating's thread here on Google's purchase of Boston Dynamics.

Basically the project would be to take each member of Google's Board of Directors and do an indepth study of each one to see what other organizations/companies they may be involved with, highlighting any Government ties uncovered. (For an example see my response in Skyfloating's thread here) I only had the time to run down one other organization for him, there are others that would be great to explore.

This is not a formal submission yet, just an informal idea to toss into the ring. I don't know how many others would find this an interesting topic to explore and report on, but it gets my geek on and I am hoping others may want to join in.
