Most likely. Or someone didn't update things. That's caused groundings before too.

The Navy has announced the only way to remove the Guardian from the reef will be to cut her apart and remove her in pieces. They were going to try to lift her off with a crane and put her on a barge to take her to a shipyard, but the damage is too extensive. She's begun to leak, and the wooden hull has several holes. All the fuel and hazmat has already been removed by salvage crews.
