Have you heard of H.J Res 15? what are your thoughts on Obama being in office for another third term? or even longer.

When Obama first became president I said to people, He could well be the last president of the USA. Now it looking like a reality.

Are you ready for King Obama the dictator, the destruction of Congress and a fair society.

Obama is just a puppet.
why would they do something that would raise EVERYBODY'S eyebrows, when they can just get another puppet?

I read something about that and I think it gets brought up every year or 2 and has been for years. Who knows maybe it will pass this time.

The president is just a puppet that takes the blame or praise for whatever event happens. The US spends to much time on non important issues and doesn't spend enough on what's important. It doesn't matter who is in office or for how long, things won't change.

While "things" may not change, peoples perspective may change, and if this were to happen they WILL change.

Sometimes all we need to be able to go a different direction is just a little change of perspective.

Term limits for president didn't even exist until 1947 .. it wasn't something our founding fathers put in place...

I personally have no real issue with term limits being repealed as long as our election system is fair.. if people want the president for 16 years rather than 8, so be it .. Nothing about this resolution states Obama will be in power forever ... that's plain and simple fear mongering.

So having all that said.. if we do keep term limits, I would support at least extending it to allow a third and perhaps fourth term.. but I won't be upset if the term limits get removed, like I said.. they were never part of the original system our founding fathers put forth.

There is no way he worked at Baskin-Robbins in 1975. He wouldn't have even been in his teens yet and would not be eligible to work there legally. Unless someone can show that his family owned said ice cream parlor (the only way this could be possibly legal) I'm calling BS.

Nah, its not going to happen. As others have mentioned Rep. Serrano has been doing this for years........and as you can see and watch along, the process, it is only in an "Introduced" Resolution..........far from anything going final

I'll probably wish Obama could do a third term when they parade the next two bozo's for presidency in '16.

Who knows. But would it really make any difference? Whether he stay's or goes, he's still just the stage man. The shadow men behind the curtains NEVER change. Haven't for millennium. The same families rule the world same as they did thousands of years ago.

That's my opinion anyhow.
