Element reading?

I didn't know where to post this, so if it's the wrong section tell me!

So i got this friend who claims he can tell which elemnts are stronger on someone,
he tried to do it with me,he hold my hands, after a while he "passed out" then woke up and told me my element was air but there was another one he couldn't tell, he also told me that "our entities didn't match" whatever that means.
So i wanted to know if this is even possible, any ideas?

Yes, what do you mean by this?
These "elements" is an ancient way of looking at the world as they had no concept of what matter consists of, and have nothing to do with, well, anything today?

Maybe you are air, and methane, and that's why he passed out?

It was a funny act to say the least.

In my eyes your friend is just trying to be special and unique by making up a fantasy he can do something others can't. So in the end, yes it is possible....Just grab someones hands, pretend to exert yourself then 'pass out'. When you 'awake' pick a random element (or maybe one based on their astrological sign) and wait for applause and awe.

It's shocking and actually kind of sad the lengths people will go to make themselves and others believers in their fantasies. Your buddy I think needs a purpose or a hobby where he feels important and accomplished.

Does this friend of yours have any knowledge of you astrological sign?

That sounds very strange to me.

Maybe this is a sensing of energy fields (auras), which would explain why someone would word it that way. A person that discerns them will give as accurate of a description as they can about what they sense. I'd go as far to say that discerners/sensers are utilizing their magnetic perception as animals might for navigation & making instinctual choices regarding the nature of an area they are traversing. If animals can make a fast judgment about how they feel & react towards another animal or person, why can't humans do the same?

Here's my take on what has been said in the OP.

The element air is most likely an interpretation of how darktouch's spirit/energy field feels. The hidden element may be a hidden spirit that is altering the energy field in such a way that there isn't a matching signature to what it should actually be. For example, if someone sends a digitally signed email that has been tampered with while in transit, the receiving end would report that the certificate is not recognized through the verification process. I truly think that darktouch's energy field is being altered by an external entity to a degree that can be detected by a person that has been gifted with discernment/ESP/sensing/etc.

My reasoning behind all this is that energy fields are closely tied with quantum mechanics, other dimensions, & entities that can't normally be seen via typical visual wavelengths.

I hope that someone can build off of this idea & run with it if I have explained myself well enough.

Edit: It is possible that darktouch's friend was temporarily incapacitated if the external entity was too foreign to sense properly & caused a temporary vasovagal response. The other possibility is that this "unknown" caused his friend to be attacked in some strange way. I believe that a vast universe isn't easily explained away with subjective theories that the scientific community will conveniently validate as truth w/o any absolutes to back them.
