That video is decsribing exactly what the military is planning --The lockdown, of a town, the control, registering and movement of the people under martial law. The reference to "HANDICAP ACCESS PLACARDS" is very important. This is not about how detailed the military has copied a small town with these signage. These kind of signs are international NATO ID codes for special buildings where people will be processed for registering and evacuations. This is why special attention is made in this town to TRANSPORTATION and MOVEMENT of the populace. Rail system, subways, etc. Handicap access signs are part of the TACMAR code system targeting buildings that are already set-up prior to Martial Law by FEMA with special computer links to personal information on those being sorted for transporting. All public buildings in the U.S. have been prept with coded signs INSIDE the buildings by FEMA building code agents to locate ALL EXITS and corridors to control and lock down the facility. The lock-down and control of a city begins at law enforcement, utilities, transporttation, and governmental complexes. This is code named "OPERATION CABLESPLICER". The mass control, sorting registering and movement of the populace is code named "OPERATION GARDEN PLOT" or "U.S. CIVIL DISTURBANCE PLAN 55-2.

Remember back to the government shutdown.
Remember how the government was able to mysteriously post thousands of "Closed Due To Government Shutdown" signs right after the government was officially shut down?

How many different signs does the government have stockpiled.

Or does the US government have blank sign that can have anything they want printed on then in a very short time.

I have seen a sign company that has a automatic computer controlled printer that could start printing Martial Law In Effect signs in less then 15 minutes. its based on a computer plotter.

Given their ultimate goals and strategies . . . whether this particular source is a hoax or not . . . it's more than highly plausible that in warehouses far and wide such signs are in the process of being made, collected & stored.

Tyranny is just that way.

The current Destroyer in Chief made no bones about wanting a 'civilian' 'police force' funded as much or more than the DOD.

Sheesh . . . what arrogant tyranny right there.

The particular details have likely been long in the planning. Who knows how many of the needed 'props' are already made and stored?

Watch the video by "Weeping Eagle" the CODE BLUE handicap access signs in front of that building is the work of FEMA agents which mark a building to be used during martial law operations--(vaccine administrattion, detention and housing combatants, sorting and registering the populace.)

Obviously this story is a hoax - but it does make you wonder.

I guess there are an extremely limited number of legitimate circumstances where declaring temporary martial law would be an appropriate response to a situation. The situation would obviously have to be very dire though.

On this basis, I wonder how developed and rehearsed such plans actually are? In the West of course - we've seen it used in other countries.

I guess they must have signs and stuff like that readymade - just in case, of course.
