Whats Yours is Yours, Fine Detail is Ironed out Later if Need Be.
Germany is in Acknowledgement of the above aformentioned, and has taken
Steps into a Massive undertaking of Physical Transfer.
The Logistics of such an event is mind-boggling and the Risks are
Stratospheric. The Game is a Foot.

Personally, I find this all Fascinating.
