My favorite presupposition in psychology is this: The Map is not the Territory. In other words, you hold the map, but the territory is much larger
than you can imagine. As of January, I have defended the Bible and my faith. This will not change, but I will now spend the next few years trying to
deconstruct this faith. Those who know me from this board realize that I hold my faith as solid truth. What better way to test that truth than ask
questions of it. Join me for the first thread within the territory of this endeavor. Questions at the end of the thread.
Occasionally, I come across a profound document and glean a new bit of knowledge that adds to the rest. After years of seeking and study, it isn't
often I come across something as interesting as this. The document in question is a retelling of Creation and Purpose according to the mystery God
leaves for us to decipher. Most people might simply read past the paragraph below. If you have read and understand the concept of Enoch and Fallen
Angels, this paragraph speaks volumes. What do we find here on Earth? A dark influence of fallen beings present in our world and a promise of
rectification for our predicament. Below, we possibly have the first proclamation from God to the Angels in a newly formed universe. "The Abode,
which awaits you in heaven, with its galaxy of stars and its thrones of virtue." What are they supposed to do? "Quit NOT the assigned place."
"Then, having summoned to these splendid regions of ether the souls of every
grade, He said to them: "O souls, beautiful children of my breath and of my care, you
whom I have produced with my hands, in order to consecrate you to my universe, hear
my words as a law: – Quit not the place assigned to you by my will. The abode which
awaits you is heaven, with its galaxy of stars and its thrones of virtue. If you attempt
any transgression against my decree, I swear by my sacred breath, by that elixir of
which I formed you, and by my creative hands, that I will speedily forge for you chains
and cast you into punishment.""
Compare this to Jude 1
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the
judgment of the great day.
7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set
forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Compare this to Enoch One:
54.3 And there my eyes saw how they made instruments for them - iron
chains of immeasurable weight.
54.4 And I asked the Angel of Peace, who went with me, saying: "These
chain instruments - for whom are they being prepared?"
54.5 And he said to me: "These are being prepared for the hosts of Azazel,
so that they may take them, and throw them into the lowest part of hell; and
they will cover their jaws with rough stones, as the Lord of Spirits
commanded.
54.6 And Michael and Gabriel, Raphael and Phanuel - these will take hold
of them on that great day. And throw them, on that day, into the furnace of
burning fire, so that the Lord of Spirits may take vengeance on them for
their iniquity, in that they became servants of Satan, and led astray those
who dwell upon the dry ground.
54.7 And in those days, the punishment of the Lord of Spirits will go out,
and all the storehouses of the waters which are above the sky and under the
earth, will be opened.
Of course, this is the account before the flood. After the flood, we see the continued battle against Nephilim when David conquered the "Giants of
Canaan".
What do we make of this? Where do we fit into this rebellion in heaven? Satan was cast to Earth with 1/3 of heaven. Souls are in chains of
darkness, behind a veil. The symbolism can be connected, yet it's still a mystery. Are we the fallen here on Earth? What is the process to return
and have we been given the instructions of grace and mercy? It's a mystery. Until the veil is lifted, we must take all on faith.
For those of you who think this stuff is myth, consider the world you live in and the roads you drive on. Where does the influence for this Pagan
world come from? The video below examines every symbol found in the Pagan world and connects it to the one you live in. Again, it's a mystery and we
are behind a veil for a reason. We are not the ones on trial. More and more, I am realizing why the letter of Revelation and the opening lines to
the "Angels of the Churches" were not written to men, but to powers and principalities.
I ask the question: Who are the words of the Bible written to? Men or Angels? Both? It's a mystery.
And the hardest question of all, are the beloved characters of our faith influenced by God or Angels? Who is the true source of word and who is the
true source of deception? I continually strive to answer these questions. We know them by their fruit. What is the fruit of faith? Do churches
produce a faith that is separate from the world? Do Christians, or any other faith for that matter, reflect truth or deception of the soul?
If we are honest, we all ask these questions. As you ponder these question, is it possible, that we as men and women, can accurately decipher this
territory based on our limited maps of the universe? What protection does a veil provide for the witness and defendant of a crime?

Typo. I already fixed it. Good eye.

I love your threads about religion because you include all the books and not just the canon and I am very interested in those books so I look forward
to going on this little adventure with you.
According to my understanding of the scriptures (The Gnostic ones too) I think he was talking about the Angels. I think man is separate and our sin
against him and the punishment therewith is also separate. The Earth was created for man, not angels. From the text you cited in your thread, the
angels that are here on this realm communicating with humans and teaching them war and witchcraft are part of the fallen angels. The only angels that
are not damned that have made visits to mankind , have been sent directly from the creator because they are banned from coming here without his
permission.
But, here's something puzzling that goes with what you were saying about the Book of Revelations. He talks about Judgement Day and how Jesus is going
to separate the good from the bad and judge the nations of humans. And when he tells those on the left to depart from him into everlasting darkness
that was prepared for the angels, it looks like both humans and angels are going into that pit. Otherwise, if it's just the angels, wouldn't that mean
that those gathered before him are ....angels ?

In the document linked above in the OP, we read of creator types that were making living creatures from the substance and method left to them by God.
What happens next?
"Forthwith, O my Son, proud of their work, they were not afraid to transgress the
Divine law, and, in spite of the prohibition, they receded from their appointed limits. Not
willing to remain longer in the same abode, they moved ceaselessly, and repose
seemed to them death."
They begin to transgress the command of God to stay put in their own galaxy. If I were to connect this to the Bible, I might make the leap to the
LORD (YEHWEH) mentioned in Genesis 2. Elohim created the image and materials in Genesis 1, but the LORD created the world in Genesis 2. Most of the
Christian world would associate this creator Lord with the Son of God in the first century. He is said to be the first and last Adam. If we read the
character of the LORD in the old testament, we see an entity that communicates with mankind via "The Angel of the LORD" through the use of an Ephod
(communication device / Vestment worn by the priest). Ephod
A few things that strike me about the Old Testament. The Lord seemed occupied with wanting to be worshiped and teaching war. I do not question or
judge this. I mention it to note the dichotomy between Genesis 4. In Genesis 4, men were told not to shed blood. Since I have a Bible that
accurately uses the true and original names of God, I can see that the porhibition of killing was issued by Elohim. The Lord in 1st and 2nd Samuel,
telling David to kill entire cities, was the Lord.
Do we judge Yehweh for this? What happened between the time Cain killed Able (chapter 4) and Genesis 6 when the sons of God enter the daughters of
men? Additionally, some traditions show that Genesis really shows us that Satan deceived Eve to create Cain. I think the answer is in John 3:12
John 3:12
12 Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil ones and murdered his brother.t And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his
brother’s were righteous.
And at this point, I see the most profound question a Christian like myself can answer? Can we trust the witness we have in the salvation message of
God bringing Grace and Mercy to humanity through Adam's seed? For me, this is the most brilliant part of the entire episode. God frees mankind from
the error with a new stand of DNA. The Blood of Christ is the rectification and not Christ Himself. God provides the solution, not by aiming
attention away from those who are fallen, but by giving them the very remedy they need. A new Robe and Crown. Christ was the embodiment of God's
Holy Spirit in man's body. He is the first fruit of what comes next and the last of Adam's race. God did this through the Son, which is the first
and last Adam and Lord of the entire process. In 1 Corinthians 15, we see the distinction between God and Jesus. They are one, yet different by the
trinity of the Godhead. Again, a mystery.
Here is where I really start asking questions. Was it necessary for the LORD to kill entire nations? Was it necessary for the flood to cleanse
mankind? Why didn't it work? The answer comes to us from the very first verses of Genesis, but not written until after the events took place. It is
important to remember who wrote the words of the Torah and where he was educated. Moses was educated in Egypt, the same place the Virgin of the World

likely originates. I say 'likely' because we really don't know for sure about any of the documents we possess. How then can we know?
We can't. It's faith. Can you verify this story with the experience of 70 years of life? No. Again I ask, who is experience for? What are we
witnessing? My personal belief is that we are simply witnesses behind a veil, awaiting the day of judgment when we tell our story to the court. It
very well might be that we are not the ones on trial.
How would our story compare with that of Angels who live forever and are not behind a veil?
Who is hell for? Additionally, who, among men, know the story by fact? What will their fate be for keeping this secret behind the doors of their
temples?
It's a mystery to me. I'm glad of that fact.

First, there is simply too much of a witness to our own day and age to simply say it's all myth. We should know better by now. Additionally, just
because it's hard to figure out doesn't mean the truth of it is not simple. Lacking a better solution, we see that God offers grace and mercy to
mankind by simply taking on the name of Christ. What is that name? Love. The name is the character. This is yet another verification of the
authenticity of the truth offered by the Bible. It never hides the bad parts. It allows us to see behind the veil if we seek and look deeply.
Lastly, we see no better truth in this entire world than love. Love is the point and this can be verified by what the LORD (SON) learned in his own
journey through the wilderness. Who is the SON? ALL OF US!!!
1 Corinthians 10
14 Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry. 15 I speak to sensible people; judge for yourselves what I say. 16 Is not the cup of thanksgiving
for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? 17 Because
there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all share the one loaf.
What is the idol mentioned above? That would be our separate self. We get to keep it, yet God shows us to see beyond our local map to the larger
territory. We are all one. We, who are many, are ONE! We are the loaf. What is the first and last Adam (SON)? He is the heel of the loaf!
Did God know?
Genesis 3
“Cursed are you above all livestock
and all wild animals!
You will crawl on your belly
and you will eat dust
all the days of your life.
15 And I will put enmity
between you and the woman,
and between your offspring[a] and hers;
he will crush your head,
and you will strike his heel.”
That's right. The heel crushes the head. What is the head of Babylon? Satan. Who runs Babylon? Those who willingly KNOW the truth, yet follow the
error to the fire. They are the leaders. See this thread. Fallen Leaders
Can they repent as well? YES!!!! Not only can they, they have been told to by Elijah.
Matthew 3
7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to where he was baptizing, he said to them: “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to
flee from the coming wrath? 8 Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. 9 And do not think you can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our
father.’ I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham. 10 The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree
that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.
11 “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will
baptize you with[c] the Holy Spirit and fire. 12 His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will clear his threshing floor, gathering his wheat into
the barn and burning up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
Baptism is our immersion into the river of life. We are baptized into this place to repent. Egypt is our refinery so we can return to heaven.
Deuteronomy 4
15 You saw no form of any kind the day the Lord spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire. Therefore watch yourselves very carefully, 16 so that you do
not become corrupt and make for yourselves an idol, an image of any shape, whether formed like a man or a woman, 17 or like any animal on earth or any
bird that flies in the air, 18 or like any creature that moves along the ground or any fish in the waters below. 19 And when you look up to the sky
and see the sun, the moon and the stars—all the heavenly array—do not be enticed into bowing down to them and worshiping things the Lord your God
has apportioned to all the nations under heaven. 20 But as for you, the Lord took you and brought you out of the iron-smelting furnace, out of Egypt,
to be the people of his inheritance, as you now are.
We don't leave until we turn away from self and toward others in love. We must repent. It's a choice. You are correct that Hell will also be for
those who do not repent while in the river of life. We are under a veil. Who were we before we fell? THAT IS THE QUESTION!!! We can't answer it
yet.
Here is a clue.
Matthew 18
10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.
We are children of God in an image. Where are the ones casting this image? In heaven with God.
